In honor of the 72nd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the military-patriotic action "Agitation train" Victory Army - 2017" is being held in the country. Its organizer is the command of the troops of the Central Military District of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
INWithin the framework of the action, the movement of two propaganda trains is planned. Train No. 1 departed on April 29 from Irkutsk along the route: Krasnoyarsk - Yurga - Novosibirsk - Omsk - Tyumen - Yekaterinburg. On May 1, train No. 2 started from Penza to meet him. It passes through Samara, Ufa, Chebarkul, Chelyabinsk. Both campaign trains will meet on May 5 in Yekaterinburg.
The train "Army of Victory-2017" arrived in Omsk on May 3, 2017 at 9.50 on the 1st track of the Omsk railway station.
As part of the military train that arrived in Omsk, 12 wagons - platforms with samples of military equipment from the Great Patriotic War, as well as modern weapons, a museum car, a stage car.
The train included: the T-34 tank, the IS-3 heavy tank, the SU-100 self-propelled artillery mount, the M-30 122-mm howitzer of the 1938 model, the ZPU-2 anti-aircraft machine gun mount, the BS-3 100 mm field gun, 57 mm ZIS-2 anti-tank gun, T-72 tank, BTR-82A armored personnel carrier.
The Omsk Institute of Water Transport took part in a unique all-Russian action. The best and responsible cadets of the 1st course (representatives of the groups: VP-11, SM-11, SV-11, EM-12) were honored to meet the Pobeda train on the platform.
During the action on an impromptu stage, V. B. Kompaneyshchikov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Omsk Region, addressed the veterans - participants of the Great Patriotic War with words of gratitude. He thanked the veterans for the Victory, wished them good health and long life. Words were addressed to the younger generation, the leitmotif of which was the preservation of the heritage of our grandfathers and great-grandfathers - a peaceful and clear sky above their heads.
On the stage of the Pobeda train, a concert brigade of the Song and Dance Ensemble of the Central Military District performed for the residents of the city of Omsk. The artists performed not only the famous songs of the war years: “At the Nameless Height”, “Curly Maple”, but also songs of our time, filled with patriotism and a sense of love for the Motherland.
It should be noted that the format of such actions once again makes us think about how we can save our fragile world from wars and disasters today and be able to leave our children a peaceful sky above their heads, as our grandfathers and great-grandfathers did? For the sake of peace on earth, they gave their lives, and we descendants must not forget about this and preserve this peace, not allowing war and world terrorism to break out!

Today, at about 10 am, the campaign train "Army of Victory-2017" arrived on the first track of the Omsk railway station. Students of city military educational institutions, schoolchildren, and veterans gathered to meet him on the platform.
Vice-Governor Vladimir Kompaneyshchikov and other guests of the ceremony addressed the audience with a congratulatory speech.
The Pobeda Train is a 12-car mobile museum of military equipment and relics from the Great Patriotic War.
During the three hours that he spent in Omsk, visitors could watch the legendary T-34 tank, SU-100, M-30 howitzer, ZPU-2 anti-aircraft machine gun mount, as well as an interactive air combat simulator of the legendary Il-2 attack aircraft.

The legendary "car-car" contained an exposition of wartime items: a field telephone in a wooden case, household items, a stove, and most importantly, a collection of orders, including a copy of the famous Order of Victory, of which there are only twenty in the world.
In addition to them, there were so many spectators that the organizers noted with laughter: when people were transported in such cars during the Great Patriotic War, it was not so crowded!

The arrival of the train at the Penza I station today was eagerly awaited by both VIP-greeters and ordinary citizens. This is the first stop along one of the two campaign trains "Army of Victory - 2017".
“Penza land is the land of patriots. From here, over 300,000 fighters went to the front, and more than 200,000 did not return. Our countrymen showed miracles of courage and heroism on the fronts of the war. This is probably why it was decided that the agitation train would make its first stop on Penza land, ”said Ivan Belozertsev, head of the region, on the eve of the meeting.
In Penza, everything is for the first time for the echelon team - the installation of a mobile stage, a meeting on the platform of the excursion and a concert. It can be said - baptism of fire. Parking is calculated by the minute, and in order to meet the program, everything must be done promptly.
During the short journey from Samara, where the train was formed, the train has already aroused considerable interest among the local population.
“There is such a trendy trend - selfie. At every station, people ran up to take a picture of themselves at the train. We can’t stay long, but we couldn’t refuse a short greeting to the locals and photographs with them,” Pavel Aleksyuk, head of the Military echelon “Victory Army 2017”, shared his impressions.
While the festive rally and concert were taking place on the stage, the residents of Penza could visit a small exposition of the museum in one of the carriages, as well as in the open air - on the train platforms.
The main exhibit is a tank that is ready to go to the front line even now.
“This tank took part in the battles of the Great Patriotic War. It is still in excellent technical condition. Ready for battle, but our goal is not war, but peace,” said Pavel Aleksyuk about the most important exhibit of this mobile museum.
In addition to spiritual food, the guests of Penza I were offered soldier's porridge and tea.
