For a few minutes, expose your face to small streams, especially the area around the eyes - this creates the effect of acupressure water massage, and the face becomes noticeably fresher, puffiness goes away.
Wash your face with mild soap for normal, oily or combination skin, or with special soap substitutes. Having placed other parts of the body under the shower, massage your face by moistening your fingertips in vegetable oil and massage your face and neck along the massage lines (face - from the bridge of the nose to the temples, forehead - from the eyebrows up, neck - from the chest to the chin - from bottom to top). Do not forget, using your favorite aromatic shower gel, massage your body - again, not under hot, but under warm water, finally rinsing with cool water (as an option, washing your face and pouring it on your feet).
If you are pressed for time, you can use: contrast wash: rinse your face 3-4 times with either warm or cold water. After this, a good complexion is restored, the skin becomes elastic again.
Nutrition and tone of the skin of the face and neck
The next step is a suitable mask that will tighten your skin for at least five hours. There are different options depending on what you have on hand. An ordinary apple, which is probably among the prepared fruits, will serve well in this regard. Apple juice contains fruit acids and many vitamins, which provides a good tonic and refreshing effect, helps tighten the skin and improve its texture.
Therefore, apples will quickly put your facial skin in order, give it a healthy look and relieve fatigue.
- Massage your face and neck with a slice of fresh apple. It will only take you a couple of seconds, and the effect will not take long to appear - the skin will immediately tighten, become more pink and rejuvenated.
- After washing, rinse your face with water to which apple cider vinegar has been added (1 teaspoon of vinegar per 0.5 liters of water).
- Make a compress from apple cider vinegar diluted with water (1 teaspoon of vinegar per 1 liter of water). Soak a gauze pad in the solution and apply it to your face and neck for a few minutes.
You can also make masks from apples.
For all skin types. Peel the apple, grate it on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice. Place a gauze pad well moistened with juice or just a layer of cotton wool on your face for 15-20 minutes. Dry skin must first be lubricated with a rich cream. After removing the mask, wipe your face first with a damp and then with a dry cotton swab.
For normal skin. Peel the apple, grate it and mix with a teaspoon of sour cream or olive oil and a teaspoon of starch. Apply the resulting mixture to your face and neck for 20-25 minutes, and then rinse with warm water.
For oily skin. Grate 1-2 apples on a fine grater, apply the paste on your face for 15-20 minutes. After this, rinse off the mask with cool water. This mask refreshes and nourishes the skin, saturating it with vitamins. It also has an astringent effect and tightens pores.
For dry and normal skin. To a tablespoon of freshly squeezed apple juice, add half an egg yolk and a little flour or starch. Apply the mask to your face for 15 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
Beautiful hands - in 5 minutes
After kitchen work, especially peeling vegetables, the skin on your fingers and toes may become rough and dark. This problem can be solved quite simply.
To soften rough skin on your hands, rub a piece of peeled apple onto your hands for a few minutes. Then wash your hands with water and lubricate with nourishing cream.
If the skin on your hands darkens while cooking, rub your hands with an apple peel or a lemon wedge.
Toning and nourishing mask. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of starch and the same amount of milk. For oily skin, use sour cream or yogurt instead of milk. Apply the mask to your face. Apply a special eye cream to your eyelids, patting around the eyes with the pads of your middle fingers. Lie on your back, place a bolster under your legs so they are slightly elevated and can rest, and relax for 15 minutes. Rinse off the mask with cool water, then wipe your skin with a piece of ice. Pat your face dry with a towel to keep your skin slightly damp.
Nourishing and tightening mask. Mix egg yolk, a spoonful of olive oil, 5-10 drops of lemon juice and add rolled oats until the cream becomes thick. Apply the mask for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off first with warm, then cool water.
Skin tightening mask. Beat the egg whites until foamy, add a teaspoon of honey and a few drops of lemon juice, apply this mask for five minutes for dry skin and ten for oily skin, then rinse with cool water. The face will look fresh and young.
Mask that relieves puffiness and redness. If you have natural yogurt in the refrigerator (preferably low-fat), apply a thick layer of it to your face and leave for 10 minutes. Lactic acid will quickly relieve unpleasant swelling and redness. Rinse off with cool water.
Swelling often occurs under the eyes; they can be eliminated with the help of such masks.
Masks for eyelid skin. A 15-minute mask made from raw grated potatoes perfectly relieves puffiness under the eyes; a mask made from finely chopped dill also helps very well. After the masks, apply a moisturizing cream on your face, and on your eyelids - a special one designed for the skin of the eyelids to retain moisture in the skin; remove the residue with a paper napkin. The skin smoothed out and became fresh.

Already at the first qualifying round, we were asked to pay about 4 thousand rubles for a photo shoot. Good move. After all, almost half a thousand willing beauties went to pay for this service in order to get into the next round. Having learned that I needed to pay money, I refused further participation. But, a month later, there was a call in which the PRODUCER, let’s call him A., said how wonderful I was, that there was something special about me and that I definitely needed to participate in this competition. He offered to come again and chat. Okay. Why not? She has arrived. The producer made me an offer that I couldn’t refuse. He said that they would do a photo shoot for me for FREE and that I wouldn’t owe anyone anything. Naive little girl. Then I didn’t feel any veiled tricks. But in vain. From the very first minutes, A. began to tell me that I was simply super and it would be nice to meet some of his sponsor friends. Supposedly he has a lot of rich guys... She refused... But she still decided to do a photo shoot for free.
Oh miracle! I was selected for the next stage. It was a qualifying competition called "Miss Bikini". Of all 300, only 20 were to be selected to participate in it.
Since I have a fairly good figure, I made it to the finals of this competition. The final itself took place in Yantarny... The temperature did not exceed 6 degrees Celsius... we were in swimsuits all day... we were terribly cold. And for what? Who the hell knows...
Everyone knew in advance that girl K would win. From the very first minutes of the final they took care of her, groomed her, touched her up, and brought her towels. As it turned out, SHE was the winner. No one doubted it...
Then there was another qualifying round for “Miss Talent” or something... We were gathered in one of the restaurants, sponsors were invited (how could we do without them), who at the end of the evening were so drunk that they couldn’t knit their heads... I think at this moment men choose a girl you like. He showed us what we were capable of, dancing began, all sorts of crap was poured into glasses in the form of terribly tasteless champagne or wine...
Since I practically don’t drink, it didn’t bother me much, but the other girls were tipsy... Then the fun began... sponsors started taking out their wads of money and handing them out to the girls.. Of course, no one missed this opportunity. And I’m no exception... having taken 1000 rubles, my friends and I called a taxi and spent it on travel. We were the very first to leave this “holiday”. The rest stayed to have fun...
There were also pleasant moments in this competition. For example, we went to an orphanage, brought gifts for the children and opened a bike path in Svetlogorsk. Our alley was planted there. Which, unfortunately, has disappeared somewhere at the moment.
By the way...after planting this alley, we were taken to relax at the Rus restaurant. There, on the top floor (on the roof), we were presented with various snacks, drinks, music, etc.. The worst thing about it all was that A. sat down with me and offered my sexual services. He, in turn, promised to pay for my rented apartment.. At that moment my whole rosy world collapsed.. Of course, there were calls from him, he invited me to a club with his supposed friend, etc., he said some crap in the form of constant compliments, but so DIRECTLY????? This is already too much... Refusing once again, he left to hook up with another girl... as I later found out, I was far from the only one who was offered such services. -left the next day with them...
I would like to note that it took me almost six months to get to the finals. For 2-3 months, we rehearsed all sorts of moves, fashion shows and numbers every day until 10-11 pm..
This pretty much tormented me. But everyone went. Almost everything. Only once did a girl come to the rehearsal, who later became the winner of the competition. Very funny. Muscovite. Far over 23 (participation from 18 to 23), seems to have a child...
She came only once, and for the award ceremony itself. We have come to terms with this. OK. However, after the final (there was also a super-final) another girl was added to us... and she took third place =) becoming the second runner-up...) isn’t it funny.. In my opinion, only the second place was taken with dignity. The rest is just some crap, sorry.
Another fact really surprised me. In parallel with rehearsals, we went to the gym. There, they had to choose their “MISS”. They chose me because I really showed my good side. However, at the award ceremony the girl was named differently. Everyone glanced at me in surprise. I was also a little taken aback. OK. They chose so they chose. To hell with it. 2 months after the competition I got a call. The director of this fitness center was speaking on the other end of the phone. He said that they were also eaten. And that they were given the nomination without even asking them, however, there is justice in this world and they will give MY well-deserved prize to me, and not to another nominee. I arrived at the fitness center. They solemnly handed me a subscription to the classes and said that the organizers of the competition did not want to give them my phone number. This is how it happens...
What I want to say... I received the nomination “Miss Media” and “Miss Fitness”. During this time I also received positive emotions, met many normal girls with whom I still maintain relationships. Still, I gave half a year of my life to all this.
However, after this competition I already know all the ins and outs and they are no longer going to participate. What surprised me most was how the girls, knowing all this, went to auditions for the next year... It's scary.
