Introduction

"Dance folk culture

is that pure source

from which the younger generation

taking the best of the past

will make the future better ”

The problem of constructing a model of the educational process based on the centuries-old traditions of the people, their rich cultural heritage, in particular, folk dance music, is currently especially relevant.

Unfortunately, a situation has recently developed that musical art, under the influence of an active invasion of market mechanisms, has taken the path of commercialization. The child begins to take for music the work of folk artists, whose “art” is limited to plain melodies, beaten rhythms. It is already at an early age programmed for a one-sided, simplified world outlook. This situation can be avoided if the musical education of children is based on the traditions of folk music and dance art. Entering the world of folk music and dancing, the child subconsciously feels within itself the “call of the ancestors”. Sounds, timbres, ornaments, movements, melodies, characteristic of Russian folk culture, “permeate it through”. A child realizes himself as an integral part of his society, his culture. The availability of folk dances, the attractiveness and ease of movement will bring joy to children, create the prerequisites for further studies in music and dance, and form an interest in learning about the world of dance in its various manifestations.

Explanatory note.

Dance is of great importance as a means of educating national identity. Getting information about the dances of different nations and different eras is necessary, because Each nation has its own dances inherent in it, in which its soul, its history, its customs and character are reflected.

The program is designed for children aged 11-16 who have undergone a preliminary interview to identify learning motivation and do not have medical contraindications for this type of activity.

In the process of training combined teamwork and individual. The educational process is built in accordance with the age, psychological capabilities of children.

Preparation and participation in concerts and competitive performances suggests a possible necessary correction of the time and mode of classes.

The development of the program is designed for one year and includes classes in rhythm, classical, pop dance.

The main form of work in the circle is a group lesson on a schedule. Classes are held 3 times a week. The program is designed for 216 classes. Lesson duration 45 minutes. Expanding the horizons of children, knowledge of folklore and, in general, the culture of peoples of different countries, I use the following forms:

▪ Demonstration of the technique of performing basic dance movements;

▪ demonstration of variations;

▪ movement training;

▪ dance performance;

▪ rehearsals;

▪ acquaintance with folk costume;

▪ viewing video material and listening to audio cassettes;

The program allows you to develop individual creative abilities, improve the knowledge and acquired executive skills.

The relevance and novelty of this educational course lies in the fact that modern schoolchildren have a pronounced interest in dance art, and we adults must do everything to familiarize children with creative activities. Together with the children we create rhythmic improvisations, dance compositions, as well as folk costumes. Children demonstrate collective creative projects at public holidays and concerts.

This program is based on the study of dances of various nationalities. The need for such a program is very large. Unlike existing choreography programs, in which the main attention is paid to the movement technique, the creation of the image is accompanied by a highly technically executed composition, in this program it is the figurative, spiritual side of folk dance that comes first. The purpose of this program is not a dance, but a child in whom a value system based on traditional culture is formed.

The training material provided for by the program is distributed in a certain sequence, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of children. Gradually, from lesson to lesson, educational material is complicated: movements, rhythm, plastic, etc. At first, it is necessary to interest the child, develop a desire to engage in a team, and only then move on to the focused formation of performing skills. To develop rhythmic dance exercises, in mastering the basics of dance technique in the classroom, the following are used:

▪ collective dance games (“I want to dance with you”);

▪ mass dances (“Dance of ducklings”);

▪ rhythmic exercises;

▪ folklore (nursery rhymes, chants, jokes, songs, ditties);

▪ creating your own dance elements.

Dance lessons develop a child’s freedom of movement, a sense of space, imaginative thinking, memory, attention, musicality, emotionality, plasticity, flexibility, coordination of movements and creative abilities.

The main form of educational work with children: music training sessions, during which systematic, focused and comprehensive education and the formation of musical and dancing abilities of each child are carried out.

Working methods:

▪ Explanatory - illustrative

  (showing elements, explanation, use of folklore).

▪ Reproductive

  (learning, fixing material).

▪ Research

  (independent performance, assessment, self-esteem).

▪ Empathy Method

  (emotional responsiveness to the beautiful).

▪ Search Situations Method

  (encouraging children to creative and practical activities).

In working with the team I use TCO (technical training tools).

(music center, VCR, camcorder)

Expected Result:

▪ dance individually and in a team, observing the rhythm, pace and musical phrases;

▪ be able to perceive and transmit the image in motion;

▪ be able to improvise to familiar and unfamiliar music based on

Trained in the classroom movements, as well as invent their own

The original "pa";

▪ understand and feel responsible for the correct execution in

The team.

Methods for evaluating program performance:

Quantitative analysis

Qualitative Analysis

Attendance, statistics

Boosting Skills

Registration of occupations in the working journal

Analysis of performance and goal achievement

Tracking results (observation, diagnostics)

Diagnostic material analysis

Bottom line

Comparative analysis of the initial and current state of the problem

Criteria for determining the effectiveness of the program:

  1. Musicality - the ability to perceive and transmit an image in movement and by the main means of expressiveness to change movements in accordance with musical phrases, tempo, rhythm.
  2. Emotionality - expressiveness of facial expressions and pantomimics, the ability to convey in pose, gestures a diverse range of feelings, based on the music and the content of the choreographic composition (fear, joy, surprise, alertness, delight, anxiety, sadness, etc.)
  3. Flexibility, plasticity - softness, smoothness and musicality of hand movements, joint mobility, flexibility of the spine, allowing to perform simple acrobatic exercises ("fish", "half-twine", "boat", "bridge", etc.).
  4. Coordination, agility of movements - the accuracy of the exercises, the right combination of movements of the arms and legs in the dance.
  5. Creative abilities - the ability to improvise to familiar and unfamiliar music based on the movements mastered in the classroom, as well as to invent their own original “pa”.
  6. Attention - the ability not to be distracted from music and the process of movement (to perform compositions on their own, without prompts).
  7. Memory is the ability to memorize music and movements.

The form of summing up the implementation of this additional educational program are:

▪ contests for the best dance performance;

▪ holiday performances (“Day of Knowledge”, “March 8”, “Day of the Elderly”, etc.);

Explanatory note

The program of additional education of the dance club "Dance School". Musical and choreographic art are indispensable means of aesthetic education, artistic development that can deeply affect the spiritual world of a child. In parenting, dance has a special place. One of its main goals is the formation of a variety of emotions and feelings, which are the most important condition for the development of personality. The structure of the dance, its clear pattern form external supports for the child’s personal behavior.

Dancing creates an emotional balance in the group: collect, calm, facilitate the transition from one activity to another. Among other things, the dance switches the attention of children, distracts them from various problems. Teaching teenagers to dance and developing their creative abilities on this basis require from the head of the circle not only knowledge of a certain appropriate technique, but also suggest that he has the correct idea of dance as an artistic activity, a form of art. It is an understanding of the nature of dance that allows the teacher to more meaningfully and competently solve the tasks. Dance is a musical plastic art, the specificity of which is that, like any kind of art, reflecting the surrounding life in artistic images, it embodies them with the help of expressive movements of performers, without any verbal explanation. This fully corresponds to the motor nature of children's imagination, which is characterized by the effective recreation of images by children "through the medium of their own body."

It follows that in dance, creative imagination can develop more effectively than in other types of children's musical activity. The development of creative imagination has a special effect on music. And this happens, primarily in the process of its perception, which is inherent in a creative nature. In this regard, the creative nature of all types of musical activity, including dance, becomes apparent. Once again, it should be mentioned that imagery and plot are inherent in dance. This gives it traits of dramatization and brings it closer to the role-playing game, which, in the words of L.S. Vysotsky, is the "root" of any children's creativity. The game features of the dance also characterize it as an activity beneficial for the development of adolescents' abilities. Thus, dance is a type of artistic activity that is optimal for the formation and development of creativity and imagination in adolescents, due to the combination of three characteristics of dance - music, movement and play - in a single activity.

The purpose of the program:To develop the creative abilities of adolescents through their inclusion in dance activity, as well as the formation of a creative personality by teaching children the language of dance, introducing pupils to the world of dance art, which is the property of universal and national culture.

The objectives of the program:

Personal interests and priorities of students;

The potential of the group as a whole and each pupil separately;

The quality of preparation for the moment the beginning of the study of the subject;

The changes taking place in the world.

The teacher in his activity uses the following technologies:

Health-saving technology helps to educate a comprehensively developed person who is careful about his health and who adheres to the principles of a healthy lifestyle;

Information and communication technology that allows students to receive new information and knowledge through watching video and multimedia, accompanied by explanations of the teacher. Also, this method is useful when watching concerts and performances in which they themselves took part, to comprehend and evaluate their own results;

An active technology through which pupils learn new material through a personal demonstration by a teacher and his explanations, followed by repetition;

Design technology consists in organizing, under the guidance of a teacher, a creative laboratory where the theme is proclaimed and the task is posed, and the pupils create creative improvisation and participate in the preparation of traditional collective events;

Game technology, helps the development of creative thinking, develops imagination and fantasy, improves communication and interaction in the team;

Explanatory note

The program was developed on the basis of the following documents: Law of the Russian Federation “On Education”, “Second-Generation Federal State Educational Standard”, “The Concept of Spiritual and Moral Education”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

Oh dance, you and I forever

Thank you for existing

Thank you word man

You transform your creativity!

“Dance is a poem, in it every movement is a word.”

(Mata Hari)

Music is the greatest source of aesthetic and spiritual enjoyment. It accompanies a person throughout life. Observing the rhythm of movement in nature and in labor processes, studying the laws of life, physiologists, scientists, doctors pay attention to the use of music in combination with the movement for medicinal purposes. “Moving to music turns out to be one of the most effective methods for developing musicality - a method based on the natural reaction to music that is characteristic of any child.” The interconnection of music and movements in children is especially pronounced. It is known that with the help of movements the child learns the world. Performing various movements in games, dances, children expand their knowledge of reality.

Dance - opens for children a rich world of goodness, light, beauty, teach creative transformative activities.

In the process of practicing musical rhythmic movements, children develop musical hearing, memory, attention; moral-volitional qualities are brought up: dexterity, accuracy, speed, determination; such motion properties as softness, springiness, energy, plasticity are developed; the child’s body is strengthened, posture is improved. The musical rhythm helps to streamline movements and facilitates their mastery. With proper selection, musical and rhythmic movements strengthen the heart muscles, improve blood circulation, respiratory processes, and develop musculature.

Seeing the beauty of movement in games, dances, dances, round dances, trying to perform movements as beautiful, elegant as possible, to harmonize with the music, the child develops aesthetically, learns to see and create beauty.

By joining the samples of folk, Russian classical and modern music, a moral image of the child is formed, musicality and artistic taste are developed, love for the Motherland is brought up.

Performing group, couple dances, participating in outdoor musical games, children are brought up activity, discipline, a sense of collectivism, the ability to evaluate themselves and a friend.

TARGETS AND GOALS

The goals of the circle are:

    disclosing the creative personality of the child by means of choreographic art;

    creation of conditions for the child’s self-realization in creativity;

    creating favorable conditions for promoting health;

    the formation of the spiritual and moral personality of the child by means of dance art.

In accordance with these objectives put forwardfollowing tasks:

Educational:

    teaching children dance moves;

    the formation of the ability to listen to music, understand its mood, character, transmit them through dance movements;

    the formation of a culture of movement, expressiveness of movements and postures;

1. Explanatory note

In ancient times, dance was one of the first languages in which people could express their feelings. Dance conceals enormous wealth for successful artistic and moral education, it combines not only the emotional side of art, brings joy to both the performer and the audience - the dance reveals and grows spiritual strength, fosters artistic taste and love of beauty.

Systematic choreography exercises develop the muscular structure of the body, allow you to form a beautiful correct posture, train coordination of movements.

Dancing classes give a boost to positive emotions, liberate, develop plastic, enrich the students' dance experience with a variety of rhythms. 3. DESCRIPTION OF THE PLACE OF EDUCATION subjectIN THE CURRICULUM

Given the individual characteristics of primary school children (fatigue), the activities of children in groups are determined by the time frame.Duration of one training session: for children from 6 to 8 years old -40 min

To organize the activities of circle members, taking into account the individual characteristics of each age period,the occupancy of the group is 15-16 people. Such a number of children is optimal for the individual development of each child.

Each child, engaged in dancing, studying the necessary movements, develops industriousness, the desire for self-improvement, forms an adequate self-esteem. Studying the history of the development and appearance of dances activates a respectful attitude to the culture of its Russian people, to a tolerant attitude towards representatives of the peoples of Russia. In preparing for presentations, students acquire the skills of collaboration and communication with peers and adults. And speaking to parents, a value-based attitude towards them and their family is activated.
