Stage 4. Now we can place the dough on a baking sheet. This must be done as follows: first moisten the spoon with water (so that the dough does not stick), and then place it on a baking sheet in the form of a small pancake. It is best to also use baking paper, this will protect you from the cookies burning on the baking sheet.

Stage 5. Bake the liver for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 degrees. After turning off the oven, let it sit for another 10 minutes.

Preparation:

Cream softened butter with sugar. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Add flour, oatmeal (pre-dried in a dry frying pan), baking powder to the mixture and mix well. You will get a thick dough, but not hard.

Place 1 tbsp on a greased baking sheet. spoon and shape into a circle, helping with a spoon or your hands. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown. Do not let the cookies turn brown, otherwise they will turn out hard.

Carefully remove the hot cookies from the sheet and place them in a dish. These cookies can be eaten both hot and cold.
