Beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla with leisurely movements of the whisk. Try to get the sugar grains to dissolve.

Add flour, stir well. It will bind the cottage cheese well with the egg mixture and remove moisture from the cottage cheese. Instead of flour, you can use semolina if desired.
