Since the filling can be changed and you can use your imagination, you can make several hit snack pies using this recipe. This pie is great to make and take with you as a snack when going out. Or as a quick treat. Or when you want something tasty, but don’t want to perform any special feats in the kitchen.

Ingredients

For the test:

  • 1 cup flour (sift flour as usual)
  • 200 g or 1 glass of mayonnaise (I just left the package)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 tsp. soda (do not extinguish with vinegar)

For filling:

  • 240 g cottage cheese
  • Greens (dill, parsley, green onions)
  • Italian herbs, marjoram, oregano

Second filling option: mashed potatoes with mushrooms (especially tasty with white ones - as much as you want)

Preparation

The mayonnaise dough for the pie is prepared simply: mix mayonnaise, eggs, sour cream, flour and soda. As I already wrote, there is no need to extinguish the soda. The result is a mixture with a consistency similar to thick sour cream.

Grease a baking pan (if you have a silicone one, you don’t have to grease it) with butter. I had a detachable one. You can cover it with baking paper first, just in case. I didn't do that, and getting the pie out was fine. Then put about 2/3 of the dough mixture into the mold.

For the filling, mix cottage cheese (I had one package of 240 g) with chopped herbs. You can take whatever you have from greens: parsley, dill, green onions. That's what I used.

Mix well, add salt and pepper, add the spices you like (I wrote what I think is most suitable for this filling) and put it in the form with the dough.

Pour the rest of the dough mixture on top. Since the dough with mayonnaise and sour cream is liquid, you don’t even need to level it, it will do it itself.

Bake in the oven for 45 - 60 minutes at 180 degrees.

After baking, the cake looks so gorgeous.

After cooling, our quick mayonnaise pie sinks slightly, but the taste does not suffer from this at all.

You can cut and go! Delicious both warm and cold.

I haven’t tried the second type of filling yet, but Tanechka Luchitskaya says it’s very tasty. Try it, maybe you will like it.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream – 150 gr.
  • Mayonnaise – 150 gr.
  • Flour – 250 gr.
  • Egg – 3 pcs.
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Canned fish – 1 can (I used tuna, but saury and sardines will do)
  • Onions – 2 pcs.
  • Ground black pepper – 0.25 tsp.
  • Butter – 1 tsp.

Cooking fish pie

In a deep plate, mix flour, salt and baking powder.

I add sour cream, mayonnaise and eggs.

Beat with a mixer until smooth. The dough should be like pancakes (closer to thick).

I transfer the canned food into a separate deep plate. I had tuna. It is also tasty from saury, mackerel, and sardines. I mash the fish with a fork.

I peel and finely chop the onions. Mix fish and chopped onion, add ground black pepper. I stir.

Pour half of the sour cream and mayonnaise dough into the bottom of the mold. I carefully level it with a spoon.

I spread the filling and spread it with a spoon over the entire diameter of the mold.

Fill with the rest of the dough.

I bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

The pie is ready! It is equally tasty both hot and cold. Perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea, tea or even a light dinner.

If you are making a large pie, it is better to store it in the refrigerator.

By the way, I once read somewhere that if you make the dough entirely with sour cream, it turns out tastier. I tried it, I did it. Well what can I say. I didn't feel much difference. On the contrary, in my opinion, with the addition of mayonnaise the dough somehow grips better during the baking process. But with sour cream it turns out loose and the pie crumbles more. But this is my subjective opinion. It’s worth trying both options and deciding.

  • 2 yolks;
  • half a glass of olive oil (about 200 grams);
  • a teaspoon of mustard;
  • a little black pepper (you don’t have to add it);
  • a teaspoon of vinegar 6%;
  • lemon juice; salt to taste.

Let's start making homemade mayonnaise. Mix the yolks in a deep plate; vinegar; salt and pepper. Add mustard very carefully, at first only half a spoon, and when the mayonnaise is ready, if required, then the same amount. Beat everything well with a mixer until it increases in volume.   • Mayonnaise and sour cream 100 grams each;
  • sunflower oil - 15 grams;
  • flour - one glass;
  • chicken egg - 1;
  • sugar - 2 tsp;
  • salt - tsp;
  • baking powder.

Mix all ingredients together except flour and baking powder. Mix everything well. Add flour and a little baking powder. Knead the dough. It shouldn't be too stiff or runny.   • fresh or sauerkraut;

  • salt;

  • Half a glass of granulated sugar (this is approximately 125 grams).
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds.
  • One table egg.
  • Three or four spoons of any jam (if it is very sweet, then you can add two spoons).
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour.
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. refined sunflower oil.
  • Half a teaspoon of soda. There is no need to specifically extinguish it.
  • On the tip of a knife, citric acid.
  • Five level tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Take a deep cup or pan and mix in it: egg; mayonnaise, butter, sugar. Mix everything thoroughly, you can beat it with a mixer. Then add jam, citric acid and soda to the resulting mass. Mix everything well again. Lastly, add the flour. Stir all lumps thoroughly. Take a pie pan or deep baking tray. Grease it with sunflower oil or butter and spread exactly half of the dough. Sprinkle poppy seeds so that they evenly cover the surface of the pie. Place the remaining dough on top. Let's level it out well. Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve slightly cooled.
