Research: how Artemy Lebedev's business works. Unusual office: Art. Lebedev Studio

I ordered a logo from Tyoma, Artemy Lebedev's studio has an Express Design option for young startups - you can buy a logo not for millions, as usual, but for a modest 100,000 rubles. Like, the studio sometimes needs printer cartridges and other stationery, but it doesn’t always remain with large contracts.

So, I did not stay aside and wrote a letter to the studio:

I liked the logo, and after a few days I got so used to it that I can't wait to make the whole site for it.

Well, all the insides, as before, on my Telegram channel

Study:
how the business works
Artemy Lebedeva

Ballet - at the Bolshoi, electric car - Tesla, design - at the Art. Lebedev Studio. The most famous designer in the country for 25 years of his career has created an empire for the production of corporate identity, fonts, websites, packaging, printed materials - everything.

In addition, Lebedev has shops, cafes, a barista school and a domain trading division. Artemy Lebedev does not like to talk about his business. He believes that money requires silence, and publicity is not needed for work. Nevertheless, Lebedev's name is known even to those who do not focus on the design market, and the turnover of his Studio, according to Inc., may exceed 1 billion rubles a year. Inc. studied the business of Art. Lebedev Studio, one of the largest and most successful design studios in Russia.

co-founder of Lebedev Studio.

Andrey Dyakov, Director of the Studio.

Born on January 17, 1978 in Moscow. Graduated from Jewett Scio High School. He has been working with Lebedev since 2000, since 2002 he has been the director of the Studio. Among other things, it negotiates with government customers.

Today Lebedev Studio has more than 3,300 completed orders, and among its regular customers are the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Gazprom, Lukoil, the Moscow City Hall, major banks and mobile operators. The total turnover of his business can exceed 1 billion rubles a year. Lebedev refused to communicate with Inc. for this story, explaining that he had "nothing to say to the press". His example was followed by Studio co-founders Denis Shokhin and Konstantin Morshnev, art director Erken Kagarov, and Studio director Andrey Dyakov. However, Inc. I found out when the “golden age” of the Studio passed (and whether it passed), why a dozen legal entities were created and where the price tag for the site design of 3 million rubles came from.

Way to the top

The first design studio, A-Kvadrat, was organized by Lebedev together with a partner in 1992. Artemy then studied at the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University, but did not appear at lectures and was expelled. Six months later, this time on his own, Lebedev founded the Artographics studio, which was located in his living room on the sofa. The only employee was Artemy himself. At a lecture at the HSE in 2001, the designer recalled that he attracted his first clients with the help of a fictitious portfolio with logos and corporate identity: “Since I could not have any clients at that moment, I had to invent them - and I made a huge portfolio for 20 customers, each of which was invented from scratch.

In October 1995, a year and a half after the appearance of the .ru domain, Lebedev launched the tema.ru website, and in July 1996, design.ru. He founded a new studio - WebDesign, which three years later became the Art. Lebedev Studio. Among the founders of WebDesign are Denis Shokhin (today he is responsible for managing the Studio) and programmer Konstantin Morshnev (head of the technical part), as well as the future media manager Demyan Kudryavtsev, who then developed the sites of the Aquarium group and the poetic magazine AI.

Designer Andrey Logvin recalls that in those years Lebedev was "a little inconspicuous boy", but he was not afraid of difficult tasks.

I was offered to create one of the first Runet news sites (the site of Cityline, one of the first Internet providers in Russia - Inc.). I refused, because I didn’t understand what to do, and Tema got to work, ”recalls Logvin.

Gradually, the number of Lebedev's customers grew. Blogger Anton Nosik, who is considered one of the "fathers of Runet", collaborated with Cityline and the corporate communications agency NetSkate, for which Lebedev made a logo and website.

It didn’t happen that at first friendship with us, and then he succeeded in something, ”recalls Nosik. - We turned to Lebedev for design not out of friendship. On the contrary, he became a friend because we loved his design.

In 1997, the newly created WebDesign agreed with the Central Bank to develop its first website. Lebedev recalls that he received representatives of a financial institution right in the living room on the sofa. It is not known how much the designer received for the first website of the Central Bank, - the Central Bank left a request to Inc. no answer. However, even then ordering a project from Lebedev was not a cheap pleasure: in 1998, an average contract for the development of a website design from Lebedev cost $30–40 thousand, about the same as 2.5 VAZ-2110 cars at pre-default prices. The cost of the full development of the site with the involvement of users was $ 60-100 thousand.

Denis Shokhin, co-founder of Lebedev Studio.

Born April 6, 1975 in Moscow. He studied stage art at GITIS and worked as the chief administrator at Tabakov's studio theater. From the very beginning, he was Lebedev's right hand and was responsible for clients. Today manages the Studio and hiring. Owns 55.46% of Studio Art. Lebedev"

Erken Kagarov, art director of the Lebedev Studio.

Born on April 7, 1966 in Tashkent. Graduated from the Art College. Benkov and the Theater and Art Institute in Tashkent. In the spring of 2011, Kagarov replaced Artemy Lebedev as artistic director of the Perm Design Development Center, where he was invited by Marat Gelman. Works at the Studio since 2012.

Website cityline.ru in April 1996

First issue of the magazine RUSSIA! 2007

On the first wave of success, WebDesign, having changed its name, became Art. Lebedev Studio, and its logo in 1999 appeared on the portals that determined the fate of the Russian Internet: Yandex (design of the third version of the search engine), Lenta.ru and Gazeta.ru. Since the end of the 1990s, the Lebedev Studio has been surrounded by an atmosphere of exclusivity and selectivity, which was facilitated by the popularity of the site in Runet: in May 1999, 1 million unique users visited it.

In my perception, Lebedev has always been the number one person on the Internet, and his studio has always seemed cool to me. For me and my friends, it was just the god of the Internet, - said Inc. Ivan Mitin, the founder of the Ziferblat cafe and the project, who worked as a programmer at the Studio in 2000.

Lebedev was a caring employer: the studio was "fashionable, cozy and progressive", employees were fed at the expense of the "Studio" in the nearby Murena restaurant. The working day began at 12 o'clock, but it was possible to come at any time, some preferred the night. At the same time, despite the creative atmosphere, work with customers was built clearly and systematically.

Now you won’t surprise anyone like that, but in the 90s it was cool. It seems to me that Theme was heading towards this from the very beginning, - recalls designer Petr Bankov.

X***o or O*****o?

In June 2000, the studio was transformed into the holding company Art Lebedev Group (ALG), which employed more than 130 people. That structure has largely survived to this day: Lebedev was responsible for the design, Konstantin Morshnev for the technical component, Denis Shokhin for the financial one. The holding included a number of companies, recalls the former head of the press service of the holding, Nikolai Danilov: Art. Lebedev Studio LLC made websites, TeleType studio took orders simpler and worked with designers on outsourcing, Artografika was engaged in graphic design, iman - three-dimensional pictures. In addition, the holding included the RotaBanner company, the ADEX advertising agency and the Artemy Lebedev Training Center.

Ordering projects from Lebedev was an indicator of status, recalls Ilya Merenzon, founder of Russia! Magazine, which was designed by Lebedev's team in 2005.

At that moment, the best PR was the placement of the project in the "Portfolio" section of the Studio's website. What Lebedev did was cool and very important: it helped us get the first advertising contracts, says Merenzon.

The work of the Studio was built according to Western standards. A separate team worked on each project, and the presentations for clients were striking in the detail of preparation, Merenzon recalls. The studio still operates like a business machine, says Elena Vasilyeva, a former commercial director of the Ru-Center domain name registrar company, which in 2014 ordered from Lebedev the corporate identity of domains in the zone.moscow. I liked the result so much that Ru-Center bought two layouts at once: Russian and English.

The studio is present in the life of the customer exactly as long as necessary. Documents, boards for resolving issues, meetings - minimum time costs, maximum penetration into tasks, ideal organization, ideal document flow, - lists Vasilyeva. She does not disclose the cost of orders, referring to the NDA (non-disclosure agreement - Inc.).

Today Lebedev Studio works in all areas where design is required in one way or another: fonts, books, navigation signs, urban environments, industrial facilities and even food packaging. In 2008, the studio created a corporate identity, a website and a wrapper for Orekhovichi and Fruktovichi sweets for the Ozersky Souvenir confectionery factory near Moscow. With the new design, the factory quickly entered the capital's retail, although before that it could not break into the shelves of Moscow stores.

Last year, Studio Lebedev developed a logo, corporate identity and a website for Demilier cream honey from the Medolyubov Factory. The product went on sale in February 2017. According to Sergey Borodkin, the head of the sales department of Demilye LLC, the Studio coped with the task "one hundred percent" - the packaging design attracts the attention of any, even an uninterested person.

Lebedev is a showman as much as business needs. A professional and a good organizer,” says the co-owner of a large design company, who wished to remain anonymous. - "Studio Lebedev" - a factory, with administration and discipline. As far as I know, Lebedev does not go to meetings with customers - they come to him. They do not stand on ceremony with clients: those who do not like are pointed to the door. The style is risky, but it works for him: it confirms the “coolness”.

The Studio's customers, without naming specific figures, admit that the prices are significantly higher than the market. This is a premium not only for status, but also for a guarantee of quality, says Dmitry Pasechnik, CEO of Byblos and Pretext publishing houses, who has been designing almost all book covers at Lebedev Studio since 2006.

Freelancers are cheap, but a lot of torment. It is not known what a fellow private designer will give you. Here you get a certain guarantee, says Pasechnik.

But there are also customers who believe that there really are no guarantees. In 2010, Evgeny Chichvarkin ordered Lebedev to create an online store for his London wine sales startup Hedonism Wines for 120 thousand euros. In February 2012, the Studio developed a logo and a brand book for this project, with which the businessman is satisfied and still uses them. But the development of the site was delayed: it lasted more than a year and the online version did not have time to open the offline store in 2012. Studio managers, according to the businessman, did not respond to letters and calls, and Chichvarkin refused to accept the late work. He wanted to return at least part of the advance, but it was not possible to agree.

Before, we cooperated well, communicated, and my vigilance fell asleep: I did not properly look at the contract. I thought that in Russia it was customary to take a word, - Chichvarkin said in a conversation with Inc.

As a result, he ordered the site, along with the British studio's mobile application, for four times cheaper, for 29 thousand pounds. Although Artemy Lebedev, during a debate with Alexei Navalny on the air of Dozhd, said that the work was done and that the Studio worked off the money, the conflict put an end to both friendly and business relations between entrepreneurs.

Their slogan is "Long. Expensive. O*****o." Only in our case, the concept was “x *** o”, and not “o ***** o,” says Chichvarkin.

About design

In addition to the main design business, Artemy Lebedev has other businesses that are directly or indirectly associated with the Studio. For example, as Inc.'s interlocutors confirmed, the Studio has an internal exchange, where the least interesting orders are sold to the side. It happens like this: a preliminary offer with prices and terms of work is sent to the client (the Studio undertakes to create websites or design templates from a certain amount and for a certain period). If the client is not satisfied with the input parameters, he can report the budget, deadlines, and the Studio will list the case on the stock exchange. The pool of contractors includes companies that have passed the tender and selected by Lebedev. “Among large studios, this is a common practice: regional studios also turn to us, offering to transfer orders that are not interesting for us,” says Ivan Velichko, co-founder of the Shchuka design bureau.

Another additional source of income for the Studio is Magazinus: online and offline stores of its own designer goods and products of partners. The retail network includes 5 own (3 in Moscow, one in St. Petersburg and Kyiv) and 5 partner stores - in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Chelyabinsk, Odessa, Kharkov and Minsk. The outlets operate under different names: “Lavka on Nikitskaya”, “Shop at VDNKh”, or in general “Nanoprilavok”. In addition, in the regions, goods are sold in other stores. Partner stores are essentially a franchise network, although without formal licensing: the Studio sells them goods wholesale and at a discount, provides them with models of commercial equipment, materials for training sellers, templates for price tags and business cards, and in return asks partners for “attentive and responsible
relationship to work.

This is how the Clementine typeface looks like, because of which the Studio filed a lawsuit against the Eksmo publishing house

In addition, Lebedev Studio sells patterns (samples of prints for interior design or clothing) for 2999 rubles. per piece and fonts, the cost of a license for which starts from 2999 rubles. The Studio's lawyers keep track of the facts of pirated use of fonts. So, in June 2015, they filed several lawsuits against the Eksmo publishing house for 1.5 million rubles for the illegal use of the Clementine typeface in the design of Tatiana Ustinova's books. In February 2017, the parties entered into a settlement agreement on Ustinova's book "Mark's Ark", Inc. explained. in the legal department of Eksmo, and the publishing house paid the Studio a compensation in the amount of 30 thousand rubles. For the rest of the books, they entered into a license agreement and paid a fee to the Studio.

The income is also brought by trade in domains, the prices for which reach hundreds of thousands of rubles. According to legend, the vodka.ru domain, which Lebedev registered in 1997, was bought by Russian Standard Bank in 2006 for $50,000.

In addition, Studio Lebedev has the Cafeterius network, which opened in 2009, which includes 15 own and franchised coffee houses in Russia and one in Latvia. The co-owners of the Moscow Cafeterius are Anastasia Meshcheryakova, a former employee of the Studio, and Igor Krasilov, CEO of Neftegazimpeks (the company supplies equipment to Lukoil, Gazprom and Gazprom Neft). According to SPARK, the revenue of Cafeterius LLC for 2015 amounted to 33 million rubles. The cafe chain also has a kitchen factory that delivers food to Moscow offices, and a barista school, where training costs 40,000 rubles.

Engaging in the restaurant business led in 2010 to a scandal between the designer and the Afisha publishing house, after restaurant observer Evgenia Kuyda left a devastating review of Lebedev's Big Cafe on Bankovsky Lane in Moscow. In the review (she was removed from the Afisha website), she called the cafe workers "fat aunts", and the restaurant - "a canteen for prisoners." In response, Lebedev broke off relations with the publishing house, refusing their orders (before that, the Studio participated in the annual Afisha Picnic festival, and illustrations from designers were repeatedly published in the Afisha magazine). The cafe operated for another six years and closed on August 5, 2016. Lebedev is silent about the reasons, but on the eve of the closing he wrote in LiveJournal: “We went through fire, water, copper pipes and Kuidu. It's time to move on."

Government contracts without tenders

In January of this year, the Alexei Navalny Anti-Corruption Foundation calculated that out of 27 state contracts concluded since 2013 for a total amount of more than 140 million rubles, more than half of the Studio received in a non-transparent way. Some of the competitions were not officially announced (for example, for the development of the logo of the cities of Satka, Izhevsk or Yaroslavl), some of the contracts are not in the register on the public procurement website (for example, contracts for the development of the Gorky Park corporate identity or for the design of flat parking lots in Moscow).

I'm not saying that they are all corrupt, but there is no real data on them," Navalny said on the air of Dozhd.

408 million rubles

For this amount, according to Lebedev, the studio lost tenders in two years.

A particularly heated debate was caused by a contract for the design of floor navigation in the Moscow metro in the amount of 117 million rubles in the winter of 2013-2014 - on the public procurement website it officially passes as failed (the applications of both participants were not allowed to participate). But the studio did the job nonetheless. This gave the Anti-Corruption Foundation reason to believe that the contract was concluded bypassing the public procurement procedure.

However, Lebedev replied that he had signed a contract with a private contractor, and therefore was not obliged to report. According to the designer, in two years the studio lost tenders totaling more than 408 million rubles, including a tender for the development of mobile applications for Sheremetyevo Airport, graphic design for Rosneft, rebranding of the Almaz-Antey concern, etc. That is, it does not have privileges in public procurement.

Which companies are part of Lebedev's business empire

According to SPARK for 2015, the designer is listed as a co-owner or CEO of more than 10 operating enterprises, several more companies are owned by his partners - programmer Konstantin Morshnev and managing director Denis Shokhin.

It is difficult to talk about money, because there is no “middle” market: if compared with a Rostov freelancer, the services of the Lebedev Studio may be 1000 times more expensive. It all depends on the specific tasks and requests of the client, - explains Andrey Savelyev from Firma. - Our work is paid by the hour, and the development of a logo in the hours of a designer who draws it from a ready-made idea is quite low, but the cost of the original project can cost a huge amount.

According to the research "Cost of Branding Services" by ABKR, the development of a conceptual packaging design, including revision, cost an average of 788 thousand rubles in 2016, and structural design - the development of a packaging form - about 490 thousand rubles. Design adaptation for various formats costs about 60 thousand rubles, for another line - 260 thousand rubles. Thus, the total cost of a design ordered from a large studio ranges from hundreds of thousands to several million rubles.

If we are not talking about government orders, Lebedev Studio is unlikely to take on projects below a certain amount - for example, for sites whose development cost is below 3 million rubles, Ivan Velichko from Pike believes:

Since the company is large, just to include all this colossus, they need to initially have a budget such that it is of interest to them. The studio is large, so large production is important to it, this is normal.

Despite the big name and commercial success, the Studio no longer sets standards in the design market, and Lebedev is usually scolded and reproached for plagiarism in a professional environment - there is even a blog for this (probably more than one). True, the Studio recognized plagiarism only once: in January 2014, it was discovered that the logo designed for $ 20,000 for the workspace for business Workplace copies the corporate identity of the New York cafe Moomah. Lebedev admitted the mistake and immediately fired the designer.

Ivan Velichko,
art director and co-owner of the design bureau "Pike"

We have great respect for Lebedev Studio: they always do things that small studios simply cannot do. By and large, some innovations are possible only in large offices. The fact that they took care of industrial design, then opened a cafe, now they are doing government projects, is an outstanding result.

Ivan Khmelevsky,
founder of The Bakery studio

From the point of view of design, Lebedev's works look 5-10 years outdated. They had a very strong team about 10 years ago, when the golden age of the Studio was. They still occasionally do successful things, but these are rather isolated cases. Basically, their work is uninteresting and mediocre. The lack of taste in a major customer dictates its own rules, and they must be played - this is the problem of all large domestic agencies. It is doubtful that Lebedev Studio is ready to suffer financial losses in pursuit of quality - they have too much responsibility to the staff.

Andrey Saveliev,
former executive director of Firma agency

The theme is the brand. Topic well done. Lebedev is such a designer of all Rus': he is the first, and at one time it had a big hype. Now, when many small cool studios have appeared, Lebedev Studio is turned not so much because of fashion, but because it is a guaranteed result. If I were a brand manager and chose a contractor, then I could choose the Studio according to this principle.

Artemy Lebedev managed to build a real medium-sized business that started on his knees on the couch of an apartment. Today it is difficult to throw the Studio off the market pedestal: firstly, due to the fact that Lebedev was the first in the country to engage in web design and create a successful brand, Anton Nosik believes; secondly, thanks to the professionalism elevated to a cult, adds Nikolai Danilov. According to Ilya Merenzon, even if the Studio is now fading away against the background, the status of the “prima donna of Russian design” will bring dividends to Lebedev for a long time to come.

The main office of the Art. Lebedev Studio is more like a junk museum. Dozens of old TVs, hundreds of Soviet signs, sewing and typewriters, posters, dishes, street signs, car signs and thousands more design items from different years are collected here. The office is already 10 years old, but it is constantly changing. New exhibits appear every day, studio employees change the space around them. If you come to the studio office in a month, it will be different. I fixed the office state to .

The studio was founded in 1995 and was originally called "WebDesign", and received its current name in 1998. In accordance with its rules, the studio does not work with individuals, as well as with political, religious organizations and assholes. The company's motto is "Design will save the world."

The main office of the studio is located in Moscow on Gazetny Lane, the studio moved here 10 years ago.

01. At the entrance there is a telephone booth that was specially delivered from England, by the way, it was originally green, it was painted red already in the studio. Employees' bicycles are also at the entrance.

02. The famous wall with Polaroid photos of studio visitors. The wall stopped growing when the camera cassettes ran out. In the center is a photo of Ilya Lagutenko.

03. On the ground floor, there is a meeting room where clients are received.

04. To make it fun for managers to negotiate, they came up with a little game.

05. Designer passed here...

06. Room of system administrators, on the right on the floor there is a tool that solves many issues.

07. Lives here russo .

08. Also on the first floor there are many unremarkable rooms in which various managers sit.

09.

10. I don’t remember exactly who is sitting in this office, but, judging by the design, they are programmers. By the way, the employees decorate their offices themselves, and for Lebedev it is often a discovery of a new design solution of his subordinates.

11. "We exist the way we like. We work the way we ourselves think is right. We saw all the corporate values combined in the coffin. We hang all award boards in the toilet. We are allergic to the phrases "creative solution" and "optimization business processes."

12. The main part of the studio is located on the fifth floor, everything is much more interesting here. The studio is more like a junk museum.

13. Main hall. Here, both a photo studio and a warehouse for shops, the letters "D" and "K" were removed from the Children's World before reconstruction.

14. One of the walls is decorated with a fragment of the map of the Moscow metro lines after many years (http://www.artlebedev.ru/everything/metro/map-2100/).

15. Now the studio employs 250 people. The only reason why a person can be denied a job other than professional qualities is the smell.

16. There are more than 40 old TVs in the studio's collection, many of them work.

17. Artemy scolds the designer.

18. Egor's working place zhgun . In the summer we won a regatta with him, and the organizing company squeezed our prize. If their conscience does not awaken before December, they will have to write an outrageous post.

25. Entrance to Lebedev's office.

26. View from the other side.

27. - Why don't you give interviews?
- Everything I want to say, I can say through the blog. And interviews are a complete waste of time. At work, I perform a non-decorative function, so I save time. Besides, all journalists are assholes.

28. On the shelves there is a huge collection of street design elements, old dishes, diagrams, equipment, books and much more. The copper rings are a fragment of the old ceiling of the Sheremetyevo-2 airport, now it has been replaced with a cheap hanging grid, the sign "Transition" is visible on the right. Most of the exhibits are donated to Lebedev by readers, some of which he brings himself. The crossing sign came from Yegorievsk.

29.

30. "I'm not afraid to be half an hour late for a meeting - while a person is waiting for me in my office, he takes himself looking at a ton of shit, placed on the shelves."

31. The topic reads all the comments that they write to him in LiveJournal, but rarely answers. Even less often writes in other blogs.
- Whom do you read in LiveJournal and with what frequency?
- Every day - entries from the top. teh_nomad -a and ibigdan - I don't read. Once a week - petrosphotos , navalny , drugoi . Once a month - sergeydolya , mi3ch . Semiannually - tebe_interestingno , radulova .
- How many letters a day do you receive?
- About 200 letters and 2000 comments in LiveJournal. I answer about every fifth letter.
Do you comment on other blogs?
- If it works, I write dolboeb at and nl at the "firsts".

32. A large file cabinet, here small exhibits are arranged on shelves. For example, metro travel cards, military tickets, traffic rules, badges, leaflets, notebooks, banknotes, passports, credit cards, cigarettes and much more.

33. "I go to bed at 5 am and have breakfast when everyone has lunch."

34. Art director Ludwig Bystronovsky. He has 1214 versions of "Summer Time" on his computer.

What do they call you in the studio?
- I used to use the caption "Punishing Batman Hate Relevance Mug with Fire Sword" from time to time in studio mail. But those days are long forgotten. Probably called "our fat man", or some other fluffy.

35. For employees in the studio there is a small cafe, prices are lower than in the dining room of the State Duma. Card payment.

36. Chief coffee boss.

37. - Often people on the streets recognize?
- Often, but I recently asked in a blog not to find out, they stopped. When driving by car, some take pictures on the phone.
- Do you have any enemies?
- Not in life. Why not love me? I am a designer, I have done nothing wrong to anyone. Forum wars are one thing, a person can flare up, and then he goes out into the street and immediately cools down.
- And what, you never had unpleasant meetings?
- Recently I was sitting in a cafe on the summer veranda, drinking coffee. I see a guy coming up and clenching his fists. As it turned out, he really didn’t like the post where I wrote “Someone fucking reminds me of this fucker” (http://tema.livejournal.com/93701.html) and there was a photo from the userpic of the user. The man did not understand the joke, he thought that all 5000 commentators were laughing at him, he deleted his magazine, he was very worried for 2 years. I had to explain that it was a joke, in fact, like a mirror, and no one was laughing at him.

38. Tablets.

39. "You can't create a good design or write a good program when the table is falling apart, the phone is not working, and the coffee is rubbish."

40. A wall where employees post their homework, then everyone discusses the result together.

41. Rooms where industrial designers sit cannot be filmed, sketches of new developments are everywhere. These are boxes with molds for studio products.

Which of your developments sells best?
- Cups and Ridibundus.
What didn't live up to your expectations?
- "Pazlus" I really liked the project, but people do not buy it well.

42.

43. Models of mobile phones.

44.

45. And here sit graphic designers.

46.

47. The place on the balcony, they say, is unfortunate. Recently, 3 employees who were sitting on it were fired. The new owner, Lesha Luri, does not lose heart, says it's good to work here, there are even 2 exits.

48. To cut costs, Lebedev plays various board games with employees for pay.

49. Plays...

50. And wins! Still, the place on the balcony is not happy.

51. This is the first Ridibundus that the Chinese sent for approval, he has terrible plastic eyes and a disgusting skin.

52. In the room of graphic designers everything is bright and light.

53.

54. While I was renting a studio, employees constantly approached Theme and got to know each other, he saw many for the first time, although he claims that he knows half for sure.

55. "In all our work, we are guided by a single two-word rule: "no bullshit."
