Mushrooms I take royal champignons or just champignons. With forest ones, it cooks differently and takes longer.
I take sour cream 15% fat on purpose, since it is thinner and sour, I like it better.
If you do not have butter, you can cook only with vegetable oil.

Cooking:
1. I clean the mushrooms and wash them under running water. I know that many people don't clean them, but I can't. I take off the films from the hats, clean the legs. You can do it your way.

And I cut them into medium-sized pieces.

2. I clean and wash onions. I cut into cubes.
