I haven't posted any recipes for a long time. On the other hand, now there is no way to invent anything, the diet is very strict, almost no carbohydrates. But during the holidays, when the whole family eats goodies, you also want something special.

And so, I came up with a fairly simple cottage cheese casserole that you can eat during the first half of drying. Maybe even the first two thirds. There is nothing there except protein. Therefore, by the way, you need to be careful and not eat everything at once.

So, we need:

  • two packs of low-fat cottage cheese (I usually took 0.5%)
  • egg whites (about 5-6 pieces)
  • Whey Protein Isolate (two scoops)

Easy to prepare:

  1. dump the cottage cheese into a bowl and chop a little (not too much, just so that it doesn’t lie in one piece)
  2. pour the whites into the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly
  3. pour the isolate into the mixture and mix thoroughly again
  4. put what you got into a baking dish (one that won’t stick to it)
  5. place the pan in a preheated oven and bake for 10-20 minutes, depending on how quickly the casserole bakes (dries out, essentially)
  6. take out the slightly damp casserole and cool it (at this time it will still dry out)

That's all. Can be eaten during the day with coffee or tea. It’s perfectly possible and even necessary to eat before bed.

Let me remind you once again that the amount of protein in this casserole is very high. Therefore, what happened was for two days. As a pleasant addition to the main diet.

Dinner for anyone who wants to lose weight or maintain weight within certain limits should be nutritious, but not high in calories and without fast carbohydrates. And how you want to treat yourself to something delicious in the evening after the hustle and bustle of a working day!

Here is the solution to the problem - cottage cheese casserole without any hint of flour or semolina. Take note.

Compound:

  • 2 packs of cottage cheese (0.5 kg),
  • eggs (4 pcs.),
  • granulated sugar (7 tbsp. or sugar substitute to your taste),
  • twenty percent sour cream (2 full tablespoons),
  • starch (2 tbsp.),
  • vanilla,
  • some crushed walnuts.

Preparation:

  1. Combine cottage cheese and sour cream with yolks, granulated sugar, starch, vanilla in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer.

2. Separately beat the egg whites in a blender.

3. Mix both mixtures, carefully adding the whipped protein mass in parts.

4. Cover a heat-resistant form with parchment, coated with a little oil. Lay out the “dough”.

5. Bake at 190° for about 1/2–2/3 hour. The casserole should brown slightly.

Tender low-calorie food is ready. Place the casserole on a beautiful plate and sprinkle finely crushed nuts on top. Eat healthy and enjoy!

2 packs of low-fat cottage cheese, 200 g each (such as Tevye milkman, Rosagroexport, Ruzz cottage cheese, etc.) in a word, cottage cheese like in the good old days in square (paper) packs,

If it has some flavor and is sweet, then use less sakhzam and without adding flavoring. I bake in two versions, both turn out to be the same in consistency, but with neutral prot you can feel the cottage cheese more, and with flavored prot you get more of the taste and aroma of prot. I like both.

This casserole has 75 grams of protein.

So, we separate the white from the yolk. Beat the whites with the addition of several. drops of lemon juice until thick foam. Beat the yolk with the addition of hot water (1 tbsp), then mix, add packs of cottage cheese one after another, beat, add kefir, sugar, protein, soda, aromik. The result is a homogeneous, fluffy mass. Place it in a silicone mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 160* for 40 minutes.
