One of the demanded areas of work of the studio "Aron Honore" - beautiful drawings in the entrance. We love it when people take care of children and decorate their rooms with pictures on the walls. But customers who are concerned not only with home comfort are even more delighted.

Photos of drawings in the porches show how the living environment is changing, how cozy and harmonious it becomes. We admire those who invite us! We admire those who invite us. To make it pleasant for neighbors and those passing by. So that a person smiles when leaving the elevator, seeing the drawings on the walls.

Images of pictures of nature are liked by everyone. The harmonious design of high-rise buildings is useful for children, because it creates a sense of beauty from an early age. We paint on the walls of residential buildings so that every neighbor would be pleased to look around. Exotic animals and vibrant jungles make you admire the beauty of distant lands and awaken dreams. This album contains photographs of drawing and completed work in one of the entrances in Moscow. The artists of the studio "Aron Honore" made the work at the invitation of a cheerful girl Irina.

Photo: Georgy Shishkin / "Gazeta Kemerova"

In the rare entrance of Kemerovo you will now come across something like "Kolya is a sucker" or "Vasya was here." Such inscriptions have become noticeably fewer, and in general, it seems that the fashion to express oneself in this way has passed. Meanwhile, the stairwells were not empty for long: the homeowners themselves took over. Correspondent " Kemerovo newspapers"looked into the entrances of the Kemerovo high-rise buildings and got acquainted with the so-called housing and communal services art.

A bathing hare, a cheerful dog, sunflowers, flowers and the sun - these are far from all the drawings that are located on the walls of the fifth entrance of a high-rise building on Michurin Street, 37. Several years ago, a local resident decided to decorate the staircases and painted whole landscape compositions on the walls: the river bank , a forester's hut, a grain field with a mill. Now the author of the driveway painting lives abroad, but his paintings are alive. According to Olga, a resident of the house, everyone likes this art and no one is going to paint over the drawings. During cosmetic repairs (it was done twice after the entrance was painted), they are carefully avoided.

In the sixth entrance of the house on Sportivnaya, 40, wall paintings appeared 10 years ago - immediately after renovation. So the residents decided to create "the best entrance". " Previously, there were pictures on the walls, but they began to steal them, and we removed everything, - says Lyudmila Andreeva, the eldest at the entrance. - And the drawings were made by one of our residents, he is a teacher, lives on the first floor". "Do you think these are beautiful drawings?", - I ask a resident." Is it bad? Our entrance has always been considered the best in the house. And still everyone envies us. True, all the curtains from the windows had to be removed: the old people did not need to push themselves and jump with them - the young did not need anything".

However, not all young people support the idea of \u200b\u200bporch art. Alina Akhmetzyanova has been living at Sportivnaya 40 for four years. And he sees at least two problems in housing and communal services: the first is that a weak artist painted, and it turned out tasteless. The second - and few people notice it - pictures on the walls pushed the renovation of the entrance for at least several years. " Usually we are unhappy with teenage graffiti: pentagrams, declarations of love, curses, but this, in my opinion, remained somewhere in the past., - says Alina. - Housing and communal services art, in my opinion, is much worse. Residents of the entrance, which has not seen repairs for a long time, but in which grandfather painted on the wall with oil or acrylic paints something about the plots of, say, Russians folk tales, they argue simply: bunnies and mushrooms are good, do not paint over them. Bad taste is easily forgiven, people are ready to endure it for years".

According to the young girl, the entrance requires a new design with the use of modern technologies. We asked the head of the house, Lyudmila Andreeva, if the redecorating of the house had been discussed at the general meeting of the tenants, to which we received an answer: "We have a fourth master changed in a month, what kind of repairs there!".

The fact that there is a staff turnover in the management company, the director of Housing and Communal Trust LLC Elena Mazurok does not see anything surprising. " We work at a municipal tariff, and we cannot pay the same master in excess of the established amount", - says the head of the Criminal Code.

Olena Mazurok also noted that no drawings can push back repairs in the entrance, if he needs it. The main thing is that the residents agree among themselves on the timing and amount of the repair. " According to the Housing Code, the responsibility for maintaining common property is borne by the residents of the house. They must organize a general meeting and make a decision, - the director of the management company comments. - Yes, we are also responsible, but not 100%. The share of the management company is 30-35% in the estimated cost of repair".

According to Elena Mazurok, she did not see the wall painting at the entrance of the high-rise building on Sportivnaya. Although he is of the opinion that driveway art should be aesthetic: " If, in principle, it is done with taste, not some incomprehensible graffiti, but, for example, a landscape, this is good. So that not every element separately was presented, but they all were combined together. I saw the entrances, the walls of which from the first to the ninth floor were painted by artists - this is beautiful".

However, the "Housing and Communal Trust" could not boast of such entrances: the wall paintings in the houses under its management were only partially preserved. However, we still managed to find one such example in Kemerovo. The seemingly ordinary five-story building on Tereshkova Street inside turned out to be not quite ordinary. All walls of the third entrance of house No. 42 are painted oil paints and look like a single canvas, which depicts the four seasons.

This idea was carried out eight years ago by the Kemerovo artist Vitaly Nikolaev. The management company came up with the initiative to decorate the entrance. That year, the whole house was renovated according to the "50 to 50" program, that is, half of the work was paid by the tenants themselves, half - by the Criminal Code. The roof and utilities were replaced. The head of the house, Valentina Tabulina, provided considerable support in organizing the renovation. In gratitude, REU-19 invited the artist, who painted one wall of the third entrance on the first floor. The housekeeper liked the gift, but lacked integrity. " I thought it’s not good that only one half is painted, - says the resident. - This does not make an impression. Gathered a general meeting, at which it was decided to paint the entire entrance. Of course, the tenants paid for this work out of their own pockets. But everyone dropped, no one was against".

For eight years, the work of art at the entrance has become dilapidated, and now the head of the house plans to restore the entrance. True, it is not yet known whether the new initiative of Valentina Tabulina will receive the support of the tenants: in many apartments, owners have changed during this time, who may want to give the entrance a new modern face.

Not all of us are lucky to live in a clean and well-kept entrance. Ragged and cursed walls, scattered leaflets and free newspapers, and an unpleasant smell in the elevator have become a sad norm these days.

But everything is in our hands! You just need to respect each other, not litter, and the dull look of the walls can be easily turned into a real work of art by painting the walls with bright colors with your own hands, resorting to the help of professionals and ordering graffiti at the entrance, or simply paint it with high quality.

Among your neighbors, for sure, there will be active people, ready to help in the transformation of the entrance. After all, few people are delighted with the filthy and disfigured appearance of the walls, which they have to "enjoy" every day on the way to their apartment.

To decorate the staircase does not need to make incredible efforts. The minimum contribution of each tenant to the common cause will change your entrance beyond recognition.

After the volunteers are found, it is necessary to enlist the support of the management company. It is she who is responsible for the condition and appearance of the entrance.

After consent is obtained, you can get down to business. Find out, perhaps, one of the residents of the house draws well, but what if a real artist lives right above you?

Drawings can be of completely different subjects: natural landscapes, heroes of children's fairy tales, forest dwellers, beautiful sea nymphs and more. As soon as colorful images appear on the walls of the staircase, they will stop littering and spoiling common property at the entrance - a time-tested law.

And how happy the little residents of the house, who dream of settling in a fairy tale! If you are not sure that you can bring all your wildest ideas to life, you can order a professional decoration of the entrance using the graffiti technique.

Graffiti art - painting porches

Graffiti artists from special agencies have nothing to do with vandals, spoiling all surfaces that come their way, streaking them with incomprehensible signs and words, although their style is certainly similar.

Graffiti masters can not only draw beautifully, but also breathe life into a unique picture.

Decorating walls with graffiti has a number of significant advantages.

  1. Nice image.

You can choose any drawing you like: the underwater world, starry sky, picturesque landscapes of nature and more.

  1. Fast application.

A drawing created with graffiti dries instantly, so creating a whole masterpiece does not take much time. This is a significant advantage over conventional painting techniques.

  1. Suitable for all surfaces.

Aerosol paint is extremely unpretentious, it fits perfectly on enamel, varnish and any irregularities, which cannot be said about its competitor - water paint.

  1. Cheapness.

The graffiti method of covering the walls is much cheaper than the services of classical painters using paint. In addition, agencies specializing in graffiti usually offer discounts for entrances for the simplicity of the drawing.

If your neighbors are rather passive people and it is difficult to organize them for joint decoration of the entrance, do not be discouraged. Feel free to call the artists, paint your own floor, and all residents, seeing such beauty, will definitely pull themselves up and ask to arrange their space accordingly.

DIY wall painting

The easiest way to improve the appearance of the entrance walls is to paint. Of course, you can contact the management company and listen to endless excuses about the lack of funds, but, as practice shows, it is better to save your time and put things in order and beauty in your home yourself.

You can give the walls a decent look with paint or whitewash. It is better to decide which option to choose at a general meeting of the residents of your entrance.

Whitewashing will cost several times less, but this option will quickly lose its appearance and will require periodic updating. In addition, if you accidentally touch the wall, you will have to wash yourself for a long time.

Therefore, it is better to choose paint, although the method is more expensive, but durable.

The next step is choosing the right paint.

It must meet the following requirements:

  • high plasticity (paint with such a characteristic easily tolerates sudden temperature fluctuations, does not crack and does not lag behind the walls even in the absence of heating);
  • ease of application (only those types should be used for which a roller is sufficient);
  • lack of a sharp unpleasant odor (residents of nearby apartments should not experience inconvenience);
  • dry quickly (otherwise, all visitors to the entrance risk not only accidentally getting dirty, but also ruining the work already done);
  • perfectly fit on any surface and material, hiding construction irregularities.

All these requirements are met by water-based paints. They are easy to use, suitable for all surfaces and are sold at an affordable price. Their only drawback is a small range of colors.

Today the market of paints and varnishes produces special additives that give the desired shade and saturation to the color when added immediately before painting.

For a fresh, updated look at the entrance, you need to paint not only the walls, but also the floor. Floor paint should have a slightly different set of properties, the main of which are high strength and resistance to external influences. Often, the same paint is used to cover the floor as for the roofing.

The floors in the entrances are wood and concrete. With wooden ones, there will be no problems, any coloring agent is suitable for them, except for water emulsion. But still, in most cases, the floors in the entrance are made of concrete. How to choose the right paint for them?

Concrete floor paints:

  • acrylic - easy to prepare for work and looks great;
  • latex - has a number of advantages: it dries quickly, is suitable for any surfaces, demonstrates increased moisture resistance, but is more expensive and is not suitable for low temperatures (below -15).

Residents of the entrance choose the color of paint for walls and floors together.

Procedure

After purchasing the paint, you can start working. It is desirable that all neighbors bring a piece of their work into the common cause: one will help with advice, another will bring a roller, the third will gladly take up the main work.

A number of preparatory steps must be taken immediately before painting:

  • to clean part of the walls from old dirt;
  • remove old paint with a spatula;
  • fill in uneven parts of the walls.

If there are uneven plaster residues on the walls of the entrance, you will have to remove them with a hammer.

All together, you will quickly put your house in order, and in the future, you may even be able to participate in the competition for the title of the neat and most beautiful entrance.

Whatever decoration option you choose: graffiti, art drawings or ordinary painting, the result will surely delight both large and small residents of the house and will pleasantly surprise casual guests.

And bright colors will give an excellent mood even on the most gloomy and dreary autumn day!

You have practiced the skill of creating a single vault point in the center of the drawing. Let's take this idea further and draw a part of the city in frontal perspectivewhere buildings, sidewalks, roads are and seem to dissolve at one point in the distance.

Take another look at the drawing of the city.

Looks very interesting, right? This is true! And it's much easier to draw than it looks. In this lesson, we will focus on strengthening a number of drawing laws: size, position, shading, as well as proportions, additional detail and practice.

In drawing, the term "perspective" stands for "creating the illusion of depth on flat surfaces." The word "perspective" comes from the Latin word spec, meaning "to see."

1. Draw a horizontal line with an anchor point in the center.

2. Just as you drew the guide lines to define the position of the ceiling, walls and floor in the previous lesson, draw these lines to define the location of the buildings and the road.

3. Draw a vertical line where the buildings will begin. Start on the left side. Then draw a vertical line where the buildings end, also on the left side. Make sure the lines are perfectly vertical and parallel to the edges of your notebook. You can use a ruler if you like. When I draw a small frontal illustration, I usually do not use anything, I do it by hand. Try to draw this and that with a ruler and freehand. Which method did you like best?

When you draw with a ruler, the drawing will be uncompromising and accurate, whereas drawing by hand will not look as accurate, but will reflect your individual style. It often happens that someone who starts experimenting with the triangle becomes addicted to this tool. It should be understood that the ruler is just another drawing tool, just like feathering. However, you can paint beautifully without them.

4. Now do the same on the right side. Draw vertical lines to indicate the position of the buildings.

5. Make sure the top and bottom edges of the buildings match at the center vault point.

6. Draw horizontal lines corresponding to the horizon line from the top and bottom corners of each building on the left side of the drawing. This is the moment when your drawing becomes voluminous!

7. Now do the same on the right side of the picture.

8. Draw the road and the median strip. Shade the shapes of the buildings. Place the light source at the point of the arch and shade all surfaces facing the opposite direction.

LESSON 23: PRACTICE EXERCISE

In life, you yourself, without knowing every day, meet with frontal perspective... For example, when you cross the street or while shopping in the supermarket, you notice a neatly lined island of cans. It is very exciting indeed. ABOUT! Another great place for a frontal perspective is the library! All the books on the shelves are in even rows. Pay attention to this the next time you are in the supermarket or library. This makes the idea frontal perspective crystal clear!

Redraw the tutorial again and add a few extra details. You can draw doors, windows, neighbors .. Have fun! Depict canopies, a porch, perhaps a flower pot or two. Truthful details are the spice of life!

LESSON 23: PRACTICE # 2

Why stop there? Why not use the frontal perspective technique in reality and see how it works? Take your easel and go outside. Find a place that is visually interesting. Try to sit down somewhere in the park, on a bench, a pier ... And repeat what you see.

You can also take a suitable photo and use it. Of course, it is not as fun as a walk, but it will still help you practice frontal perspective
