In the East, the field of activity of a doctor is the entire surface of the body: from the top of the head to the toes. A huge number of points used requires extensive knowledge from the doctor. In the Korean su-jok method, only the surfaces of the palms and feet are the platform for the impact of reflexology. Methods of influence are insensitive, zones are outlined conditionally. All zones are projections of the human energy system on the palm and foot, so Korean therapy is otherwise called the “similarity method”.

Healing self-massage with an open hand

Prepare your hands for self-massage. This important step can only be skipped if we are in a hurry! But, by the way, the preparation of hands has an independent healing value and can be performed during the day at any time. If you periodically make simple movements with your palms, which we will now learn, then in the future, preparation for tapping (patting) can only come down to intense rubbing of your hands!

Hand preparation

1. We clap our palms in front of us and vigorously rub them together, stimulating the healing energy of the hands. Hands should be hot.

2. Intensely squeeze the palms in a greeting pose, connecting the opposite (yin and yang) energies to feel the energy flow (photo 3, A). We close our eyes and try to catch how energy flows from one palm to another (from the center to the center, from the fingers of one hand to the fingers of the other hand).

3. We round the palms into a ball, touching with all fingers. Imagine that you are holding a warm red ball inside your palms, and your fingers are transferring hot energy to each other.

4. Then we cross our palms, stretching them in front of us. And for a few seconds we hold the forward and reverse lock (photo 3, b and 3, V respectively).

5. And now let's intensively tap the edges of the palms against each other (photo 3, G).

6. Then with four fingers of the left hand we knock on the pulse point on the right hand (photo 3, d), calling the palm to awaken. Change position and wake up your left palm.

7. We raise our hands up and squeeze our palms strongly, until it hurts, and then sharply open our fingers without lowering our hands for 30 seconds.

Improving slaps are certainly indicated for disorders of the musculoskeletal system from the side of the nervous system. And they are an integral part of the treatment of psychological problems. However, like any intensive massage, patting has a number of contraindications. Take them seriously, if there is at least one of the contraindications, we will not perform the patting. But don't be upset! In our set there are a large number of tools, we will find exactly what suits us.

CONTRAINDICATIONS to massage

Oncological diseases.

Severe disorders of cardiac activity; severe damage to internal organs (kidneys, lungs, liver).

Thrombophlebitis of vessels in a chronic form or vascular aneurysm; peptic ulcers of the gastrointestinal tract; other diseases that create a risk of bleeding.

Do not use massage in women during menstrual flow. The tendency to uterine bleeding requires increased caution on other days.

Acute conditions; infectious diseases; fever. Pustular skin diseases (furunculosis); dermatitis; skin burn (including sunburn).

1. We open our palms and fearlessly slap ourselves with slaps on the head - from the forehead to the back of the head, neck and back to the forehead. We spank incessantly and alternately with the left and right hands. In total, you need to inflict at least 200 hits. If there are no contraindications, do not be afraid! The pat can be intense enough that your family can hear the sound of the slap clearly. Do not skip the area of ​​the temples and auricle.

2. Then, with a direct blow of the right hand, we slap ourselves on the back of the neck (slaps cannot be applied on the front of the neck!). Long enough, up to 5 minutes. In this case, the hand should be completely relaxed, the wrist should be free. The hand thrashes the neck from the wrist like a whip.

3. A little more gently with two open palms at the same time we slap on the face for 1-2 minutes.

4. We slap the left shoulder girdle with an open right palm for 3-4 minutes. Then we slap the right shoulder girdle with the left palm. (The shoulder girdle is the place where the military wears shoulder straps. In everyday life, it is most often called the shoulder, but in medicine, the shoulder is the area of ​​\u200b\u200bthe arm from the elbow to the shoulder joint).

5. We stretch our right hand straight in front of us and slap ourselves with our left hand on the inside of the forearm (the area from the wrist to the elbow), in the middle. Then we change hands, the left and right forearms should receive 3-4 minutes of massage each.

6. We spank the back surface of the palms. The rear of the palms is their outer surface, where nails grow on the fingers. For convenience, you can put your foot on a chair, put a massaged palm on your knee and, for your pleasure, hit it with the other palm for 3-4 minutes. Then change palms.

7. We tilt the torso forward and slap both palms simultaneously on the knees. If you find it difficult to stand for 3-4 minutes in an inclined position, you can do the exercise while sitting.

8. Then we spank below the knee cavity on the back of the legs, simultaneously with both hands. Clap for a few minutes at your pleasure, this technique can also be done while sitting.

9. In conclusion, we perform tapping of the back of the foot. If you did the previous tricks while standing, make sure that you don’t feel dizzy and your muscles don’t overstrain! Tapping the feet can be done while sitting, stretching out your legs, leaning forward with your whole body. If, at the same time, at the end of the patting, you can gradually pull your toes forward, as if running away from your palms, then the spine will also receive a good stretch.

10. After that, stand up and do a few squats to harmonize the energy flows. Three or four squats will be enough!

Psychological support of self-massage

During this exercise at the initial stage, no psychological attitudes can be made! Exercise does not require any forced thoughts, and they even get in the way. Exercise has independent value, it can be performed in the morning and also in the evening before going to bed. To open channels, perform the following sequence of actions:

1. Close your eyes and try to focus on your actions. Bend your arms in front of your chest (palms facing down).

2. Bend your index and middle fingers on your right hand. Run bent fingers along the side of the fingers of the left hand (the fingers of the left hand are straight!). Along each finger - 2 times (photo 4).

3. Do the same for the straightened fingers of the right hand.

In the same way, the channels on the toes open. For the tapping below, the channels on the legs do not matter, and this step can be skipped. However, in the opening of the channels there is always an independent therapeutic value. By opening the channels on the legs, you can receive energy in any comfortable position. So, run the bent fingers of the left hand along the side surface of the toes of the right foot, and with the right hand open the channels on the left foot. Imagine mentally how you open the channels and clean the contaminated areas with a scraper of bent fingers, as if from sand. Gray sand comes out of biologically active points, and pure energy enters.

Tapping areas of congestion

1. We start tapping ourselves or mutual massage from the head. Tapping the head consists in ruffling pinches of the scalp. Round your palm as if you are holding an apple or an orange, run it into your hair and pinch, “bite” your head with your fingers, whipping your hair. Negative energy accumulates in the hair, vigorous whipping of the hairstyle eliminates the negative.

2. Then we massage our hands. We stretch the massaged hand forward, vigorously spank it along the entire length with the other, massaging hand - from the palm to the shoulder joint. The massaged hand is gradually and slowly rotated in the shoulder joint so that the slaps are evenly distributed on the inner and outer surface of the hand. We spank until red. Then we change hands, continue the massage.

3. The next zone is the lateral surface of the ribs below the armpit (Fig. 3, A). For women, this area is especially important, since the lymph nodes associated with the mammary gland are located on the lateral surface of the chest. Massage of this zone prevents the formation of benign breast tumors. Vigorously tap the right side surface with your left hand. Then we take the armpit with our hand, press it and gently tap it. Massage is performed on each side surface for 2 minutes.

In European massage, it is not customary to act on the popliteal cavities, bends of the elbow joints, axillary cavities due to the accumulation of lymph nodes.

Chinese practice accepts such restrictions only in part: the zones of the lymph nodes are not heated using a heat source. But the ban does not apply to massage, so we boldly perform armpit tapping!

4. Then we perform an important exercise for the chest (for women, this exercise is of particular importance, because, like the previous procedure, it improves the condition of the breast). We spread our arms to the sides on the horizontal of the shoulders and make simultaneous wide swings back with both hands, as if expanding the chest. At the same time, we rotate the arms in the shoulder joints in a horizontal direction (the rotation impulse is noticeable only in the palm, its outer and inner sides flash).

Palms up - once, we take our hands back, return them forward. Palms down - two, we take our hands back, return them forward. We do about 50 leads back.

5. Then with both hands we knead the area of ​​the seventh cervical vertebra, which belongs to the primary stagnation (Fig. 3, b). When a "withers" is formed in this area, the energy of the middle meridian is almost constantly in critical stagnation, it must be pushed through. Vigorously wrinkle the withers with both hands at the same time, then tap the shoulder girdle (the place where shoulder straps are worn).

In Taoist practices, body massages are accepted with the help of palms woven into a lock. The internal energy of the massage therapist is concentrated as much as possible in the lock, and an intense massage is performed with this energy clot (direct or reverse lock). The hands of the massage therapist in this case must be especially dexterous and mobile in the wrists, so that the possibility of maneuvering along the patient's body is sufficient. So, as if the body is massaged by free fingers.

To train the massage therapist in these techniques, much attention is paid to the joint twisting of two palms crossed into a castle. The masseur constantly trains by rotating two intertwined hands. At the same time, he gives deep energy impulses to his own body, because the primary points of energy meridians are located on the palms!

In the cold season, the energy meridian of the kidneys is especially vulnerable. Much attention is paid to the "launch" of the meridian due to external influences: reflexology and body movement. Gymnastics and reflexology in the East are inseparable, they are just different ways of influencing the energy system. Such a direction as Taoist gymnastics, for example, considers the kidneys to be the main object of influence. Taoist movements are characterized by the unique plasticity of the waist, the energy region of the kidneys.

One of the methods of European tapping of the energy area of ​​the kidneys will surprise you! No connection with the waist, we work exclusively with the teeth!

Hands to the sides, we rise on our toes and begin to chatter our teeth. Quickly close and open the jaws by tapping for 30 seconds. Then we drop sharply to a full foot and at the same time throw our hands down, as if relieving tension. Repeat this half-minute tapping session 3-4 times.

We kick with a heel. Improvement of vascular tone

If your lower blood pressure is low (it is also called diastolic pressure), tapping your heel will help increase the tone of blood vessels and the heart muscle. There are no excuses that there is a spur on the heel, gout on the "bone", it hurts to raise the leg in the knee joint - I usually do not accept from my patients! Because for metabolic diseases (such as gout), tapping is an indication, not a warning!

A CONTRAINDICATION to the exercise is only thrombophlebitis of the veins of the lower extremities.

Standing, stretch the left leg forward and tap the heel on the floor for 1 minute. Then we change the position and knock with the right heel for 1 minute. With each foot, we must knock 3 times for a minute.

In case of influenza

In influenza conditions and for prevention during an epidemic of viral and infectious diseases, we successively tap the following points:

1. The area under the spinous process of the 1st thoracic vertebra (Fig. 4, point 1). It is traditionally used to relieve fever, chills, headaches, heaviness in the head, drowsiness, to reduce tension and relieve back pain.

2. Areas two fingers to the right and to the left of the point under the spinous process of the 3rd thoracic vertebra (Fig. 4, point 2). The symmetrical areas are called in Chinese medicine the dorsal point of the lungs. They are used for diseases of the respiratory tract, for chills, fever, nasal congestion for pain in the occipital muscles, neck and back.

It is quite difficult to influence the points with self-massage, but mutual massage will give a quick effect! Ask your family to strike with four fingers together for several minutes, first at the first point. And then at the same time with both hands knock on the lower symmetrical points.

Regulation of lungs and heart

No medicine can eliminate congestion in the lungs! Only a good rush of blood can disperse pulmonary congestion. Deep correct breathing provides a surge of energy to the bronchi, but the respiratory impulse does not reach the lower parts of the lungs or it reaches very poorly.

In Chinese medicine, congestion in the lungs is considered a disaster, because breathing controls the movement of all energy in the body! The lungs push vital energy along the meridians and release excess waste energy out. Therefore, due to breathing practices and percussion of the chest, stagnation can be eliminated not only in the lungs, but also in the heart, in the liver, in the spleen, and in the intestines.

How breathing affects the heart, you probably know from your own experience. It is worth making a run, straining blood vessels beyond our physical capabilities, a cough begins. Out of ignorance, we will come up with the idea that “breathing went astray”, “excess air overflowed the lungs”, etc. These explanations are erroneous, because the physiological connection of organs for a healthy person, fortunately, remains a mystery until the end of life.

And heart patients know that the insufficient work of the heart valves or parts of the heart is intensified due to a pulmonary shock, that is, due to coughing! That is why we say that intensive reflexology of the chest area, cleaning the lungs has a beneficial effect on the heart and blood vessels.

We will work the chest in a volume sufficient for weekly preventive cleaning. With lung disease (bronchitis, pneumonia), at least part of these exercises must be performed daily. In case of heart disease, limit yourself to one of the introductory exercises followed by tapping, so that the load is not immediately excessive. But gradually the body will allow you to perform all the positions of the exercise.

Circular rotation of the arms forward

1. Let's start with main rack: standing, keep your back straight, arms down, legs apart shoulder-width apart, feet parallel. Body weight is evenly transferred and distributed over the entire surface of both feet.

2. Let's produce equalizing breath:

On inhalation, the arms gradually rise up through the sides - the palms are also turned up. On the exhale, the palms are facing down and the arms are gently lowered down. Breathing is smooth, natural, continuous, inhalation and exhalation imperceptibly pass into each other. The movements of the hand on the turn “down - up” and vice versa resemble flapping wings, or turns in the water - when the movement goes without interruptions visible to the eye, only the palms turn up and down high above the head - the hands go down, and at the bottom point the reverse flip of the palms - and hands go up.

We perform 3 smooth breaths - exhalations. That's what it is equalizing breath.

3. cleansing breath consists of three cycles of inhalation and a sharp exhalation through closed lips with three different positions of the hands: above, to the sides, down. Now let's study in detail.

inhale: We take an extremely deep breath through the nose, at the same time we raise our hands up.

Exhalation: We exhale through tightly compressed lips. Air is forced out of the lungs with hard, short pushes - stepwise, but completely. During exhalation, you can not take in air - everything is focused on the complete expulsion of air from the lungs.

inhale: We lower our hands down and again take a deep breath through the nose, while spreading our arms to the sides at shoulder level, palms facing down.

Exhalation: We make a learned exhalation: stepped, through tightly compressed lips.

inhale: We lower our hands down, take another deep breath through the nose, hands remain lowered below.

Exhalation: We make a stepped exhalation.

5. We make circular swings forward while holding our breath.

We perform a slow full breath through the nose. During inhalation, the arms rise up. At the top point of raising the hands, we hold our breath and begin to perform intensive circular rotations with our hands forward. The rotation of the arms comes from the center of the body. The torso moves in waves and goes into circular swings. Hands rotate synchronously, with maximum retraction back. Hands are free from shoulder joints.

The exercise must be performed at a good amplitude, but without tension and with pleasure, you do not need to bring yourself to dizziness. Let's hold our breath for 30 seconds or 1 minute, as long as we can afford, knowing our body!

6. Exhalation. We stop the rotation. With the movement of the diaphragm, we retract the stomach, completely relax the muscles of the peritoneum. Hands on hips, chin pressed to chest.

We perform a diaphragmatic exhalation: explosive and resonant "ХХАА" from the depths of the abdomen. You can help yourself with your hands by clenching your fists for a more violent exhalation.

Circular swings with arms back

Initial position: main rack.

While holding the breath, we lower our hands down and rotate our hands back. The wave-like movement of the arms comes from the center of the body. Mahi should be a pleasure, they are performed with good amplitude, recklessly, like unwinding a hoop at the waist. All movements are performed on a delayed breath. But without forcing yourself, do not bring the body to suffocation! It's better to stop in time.

5. Exhalation. Full exhalation through the open mouth, as if “from the womb” (you can help yourself with your voice and at the same time clench your fists furiously - this will exhale the air more fully). At the same time, pull the stomach in to relax the muscles of the peritoneum.

Vertical arm swings

While holding the breath, we swing our arms up and down (and forward, and not to the sides, like a bird). The undulating movement comes from the center of the body. We freely and high raise our arms and freely lower them - not through the sides (not like wings), but “forward - up” and “forward - down” (as if shaking a rug or washed linen).

Horizontal arm swings

To the sides, the arms go wide back, crossed over ourselves - we hug the body and with open palms we slap ourselves on the shoulder blades. We do not lower our hands below shoulder level. The undulating movement comes from the center of the body.

4. Tapping the chest with fingers. We take a full breath through the nose, while tapping ourselves on the chest with our fingertips.

While holding the breath, we pat ourselves all over the chest, then vigorously and quickly rub it with our palms. At the end, we make 3 soft blows with the supporting parts of the palm on the sides of the chest, in the region of the lungs. Symmetrical left and right.

5. Exhale through the open mouth, as in the previous exercises.

We take a slow full breath through the nose, while with open palms we tightly grasp the chest: the index fingers are at the level of the nipples, the thumbs support the back. We intensively squeeze the chest with our hands, trying to mechanically push the air through the nose.

Once again, a slow full breath in through the nose, and another mechanical exhalation.

And once again a slow full breath through the nose, and another mechanical exhalation.

That is, 3 cycles of chest compression, allowing you to work out all its joints well.

To normalize the heart rhythm

Tapping will quickly help with some types of arrhythmias. Tachycardia (pulse acceleration), bradycardia (pulse slowdown), extrasystole (minor periodic rhythm disturbances) do not threaten the patient's life, but the general state of health deteriorates significantly.

However, you should not get carried away with tapping if tachycardia is a physiological response to an exorbitant sports load, for example. 10 minutes after normal exercise, the heart rate should enter the normal rhythm. Sports training that overloads the heart must be reduced, otherwise they will not bring any benefit to the body. It is not the heart rhythm that should be forced to calm down, but the load should be reduced - keep this in mind!

And one more note: tachycardia is necessarily accompanied by an increase in body temperature. With an increase in body temperature by 1 degree, the heart rate increases by 8-10 beats per minute. The temperature is normalized, and tachycardia will go away.

But with tachycardia associated with neurosis, tapping, like any kind of oriental reflexology, is an indispensable procedure!

For tapping, points are used that are three fingers above the middle of the wrist crease (close the index, ring and middle fingers of one hand and attach them to the wrist crease of the other hand). In China, these points on the left and right hand are called nei guan,"mountain border" (Fig. 5).

1. Sit on a chair in a natural position. We keep our back straight. Let's start by tapping the left hand, put it on the lower abdomen with the palm up. With the index and middle fingers of the right hand, we tap on the point on the left hand. At the same time, we will try to set the correct rhythm to the pulse: one beat per second.

With tachycardia, massage begins with a light tapping, gradually the impact force increases. With bradycardia, you can immediately apply tangible blows, and also use the vibration of the massaged area simultaneously with the blow: contact with the point is accompanied by a vibrating movement.

2. Repeat the same tapping for the right hand.

With hypertension

Most often, hypertension occurs as a result of the sad interaction of unfavorable genetics with external factors. And the essence of arterial hypertension is expressed only in a frequent (or even stable) increase in blood pressure with an external norm of regulatory systems. That is, the pathology of the organs that are involved in the regulation of blood pressure is not initially detected.

But on the other hand, with the long-term existence of arterial hypertension, the heart is overworked, so much so that it can even undergo external changes. For example, increase in volume. Hypertrophy of the heart departments leads to heart failure. Therefore, hypertension, as an independent disease, must be dealt with already at the first stage.

Let's create comfortable conditions for tapping. We sit on a chair and try to relax.

1. With the supporting part of the palm, we tap the harmonizing points on the chest for several minutes, they are located on the sides of the nipples (Fig. 6, A). Tapping can be done several times a day. After two or three weeks, take a break for a week, then continue treatment.

2. If tinnitus periodically disturbs with increasing pressure, we work with points on the head:

bai hui(Fig. 6, b), located in the center of the crown, at the intersection of the median line of the head with the line connecting the tips of the ears.

With vegetative dystonia

First, let's define what dystonia is in general. Dystonia is called spasmodic painful muscle contractions. Spasms of skeletal muscles entail a deviation from the natural normal position of the body, cause discomfort and pain. The ability to relax is lost. Blood vessels also consist of smooth muscle that is capable of contraction. Normally, vascular contraction is the correct physiological response to changes in external conditions. And with vegetovascular dystonia, an unmotivated contraction of blood vessels occurs, which causes sudden long-term drops in blood pressure with painful symptoms.

Vegetovascular dystonia is a syndrome from which the doctor suffers along with the patient! The manifestations of the syndrome are so diverse that it is absolutely impossible to cope with them with medications. The syndrome, of course, affects the cardiac activity, and then the psychological state of the patient is aggravated by a sense of fear. There is tingling and pain in the heart. Pain is usually concentrated in the left side of the chest, most often it manifests itself after emotional arousal with a negative color.

To combat dystonia in oriental therapy, there are completely unique magic points yongquan, which in translation means "seething source." The points are located on the feet in the middle of the sole, between the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal bones, in the depression formed when the toes are compressed (in the depression in the middle of the sole, see Fig. 7). Grasp the foot with one hand, and firmly hit the point with four fingers with the other. Do the procedure in the morning and evening for each foot.

Quick Tapping to Improve Digestion

At the beginning of the last century, gastritis was called "gastric catarrh" and even then a connection was established between catarrh and "neurosis" of the stomach. Now there is no doubt that one of the causes of gastritis is autonomic dysfunction (that is, a disorder of the nervous regulation of internal organs), which provoke a violation of the secretion of gastric juice. Reflexology and tapping are the best way to restore nervous regulation.

Tapping in diseases of the digestive tract, such as gastritis (inflammation of the gastric mucosa), chronic pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas), chronic enteritis (inflammation of the small intestine) is performed at points related to different energy channels. But the main purpose of these points is the treatment of diseases of the epigastric region.

It will not be difficult for us to find tapping points at all. We use only 4 points, the figure shows their anatomical position. Do not forget, however, that the points are symmetrical about the vertical line of the torso. That is, they are located both on the left and on the right halves of the body. We can perform tapping on either side of the body or both. Change the position of the hands according to individual mobility. Don't get hung up on tapping with one hand, it's not comfortable! To tap, use the pads of folded four fingers. The direction of tapping is from top to bottom. We massage each of the marked points with rhythmic strokes for 1-2 minutes (rhythm 1 beat per second). After applying a light blow, you can perform a vibrating movement, moving the skin around the point.

1. Yang-gan, point of the gallbladder channel (Fig. 8, A) is located on the back, 4 fingers outwards from the place under the spinous process of the 10th thoracic vertebra. Traditionally used for diseases of the liver and stomach, indigestion, loss of appetite.

2 . Wen-liu, the point of the large intestine canal is located on the hand, 1.5 palms above the base of the thumb (Fig. 8, b). Traditionally used to excite and warm up internal energy.

3. Fu-lu, point of the kidney canal (Fig. 8, V) is located on the leg, 3 fingers above the inner ankle, at the anterior edge of the calcaneal tendon. Used for excessive fermentation in the stomach and intestines.

4. Hsien-gu, the point of the foot canal of the stomach, is located on the leg, in the cavity between the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal bones, posterior to the metatarsophalangeal joint (Fig. 8, G). Used for excessive fermentation in the stomach and intestines.

Tapping can be practiced for at least two weeks. If the improvement is slow, you need to stop for a week, then repeat the course.

With hypotension of the stomach

Our stomach is sometimes harmed by actions that we take supposedly for health. Remember some of the advice I give to my patients regarding the generally accepted wrong methods of hardening: a Chinese doctor would never advise to harden the throat with ice cream, because the fermentation process is disturbed by cold food. And he will never recommend warming up with hot tea, so as not to damage the gastric mucosa. We must remember that the best drink for the stomach is warm, not colder than the surface of our skin. These recommendations are relevant at any time of the year, both in winter and in summer. Love for cold and hot food is the same provocative factor of pain in the stomach and intestines, as harmful factors in production and poor nutrition.

If during the day you have to spend a long time in the same position (sitting or standing), and the overall mobility is insufficient, there is a risk of manifestation of lethargy of the walls of the stomach (hypotension). Hypotension worsens digestive processes, constipation, bloating, and unpleasant symptoms occur, familiar to almost everyone who leads a sedentary lifestyle. The development of hypotension of the stomach can be its omission, gastroptosis. A similar complication occurs if the patient is prone to overeating with weak abdominal muscles. The most unpleasant thing is that gastroptosis can be a consequence of the treatment of hypotension - when we are trying to increase digestive activity with medication. It is not surprising that the weakness of the walls, combined with their increased activity, leads to a negative result!

The stomach can sink below the navel, causing damage to the internal organs of the peritoneum, in women this can additionally provoke prolapse of the uterus.

The symptoms of hypotension are as follows: heaviness and distension in the stomach, poor appetite, fatigue, frequent headaches (when the stomach prolapses, weight loss may be added). Above the pectoralis major muscle, several nodular muscle seals can be felt. The disease progresses against the background of habitual constipation or diarrhea, they must be excluded in the first place. And the next stage of treatment is strengthening the muscles of the abdomen and peritoneum. This is what we're going to do:

1. We feel for seals above the pectoralis major muscle and tap on them with three fingers and pinch until softened (Fig. 9, A).

2. We tap the points under the spinous processes of the 6th, 7th and 8th thoracic vertebrae (Fig. 9, b) and the areas around these points on the right and left, two thumbs wide. Such an effect normalizes the function of the stomach and liver, and at the same time strengthens the spine area. We will choose the following tapping technique: with the combined pads of the thumb, index and middle fingers of the right hand, we tap on the left, and with the left hand we process the back on the right (if the flexibility of the shoulder and elbow joints allows you, because tapping is done on your own back!). You can “roll” the crests of your fists along your back in any convenient position - sitting or lying down. Finally, you can use a household massage device.

3. In the same way, we act on the points under the spinous processes of the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th thoracic vertebrae, and the area around them (Fig. 9, b). This is the kidney zone, and we will also normalize it.

4. Feel the zones of the adrenal glands, shoulder blades and shoulder girdle with your fingers (Fig. 9, b). We must perform an important task - to find hard points in these areas in order to soften them by tapping, pinching, pressing. We tap and pinch the area of ​​​​the shoulder blades and shoulder girdle. Press firmly on the area of ​​the adrenal glands.

5. We tap the area around the spinous process of the 4th lumbar vertebra, spank the area of ​​the buttocks with an open palm (Fig. 9, b), front surfaces of the thighs (left and right, Fig. 9, V).

6. Now we easily press the epigastric region with an open palm (Fig. 9, A). We perform pushing movements upwards, starting from the lower abdomen and up to the navel. Then we make light pressure with the palm of the hand on the inguinal region (Fig. 9, A). Please note: force cannot be used, the movement does not even come from the shoulder, but only from the palm.

7. We tap the area on the lower leg (Fig. 9, G) to eliminate the trembling and goosebumps that often accompany hypotension.

This area on the lower leg is especially distinguished in Japan. In ancient times, it was believed that a distance of approximately 12 km is the first threshold of fatigue for an experienced traveler. The traveler must stop and help his weary limbs. As a rule, pedestrians treated their lower legs and feet with crushed wormwood leaves or pre-prepared wormwood juice. The muscles got quick relief, and the journey could continue. Particular attention was paid to fatigue points on the outer surface of the lower leg.

Tapping with diarrhea

Diarrhea is caused by excessive intestinal motility, and peristalsis, in turn, is provoked by excessive irritation of the intestinal wall. What irritates the intestinal wall: toxic lesions, allergies, a tumor process in the intestine, too much food eaten, as well as dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system that regulates peristalsis.

You and I can prevent diarrhea only in the last two cases: we will regulate nutrition and calm the autonomic nervous system. More serious pathologies, alas, are not in our competence. But, in all honesty, 50% of digestive disorders are associated with neuroticism, so let's get down to business:

1. We tap for 3 seconds with the combined middle and index fingers the projection of the medulla oblongata at the external level (Fig. 10, A), which controls the reflexes of the nervous system. We repeat the reception three times.

2. Then, with the same technique, for 3 seconds, we act on the points located on both shoulder blades, and the points of the interscapular zone (Fig. 10, A). This method will help create healthy tension in the muscles of the scapular area, which will help strengthen the stomach and intestines.

Characteristics of the main points for tapping

First of all, we need to master the basic technique of tapping active points. It can be used as an independent method for improving well-being, recuperation, daily harmonization of one's condition. But it is also a training method, which is necessary so that later, on its basis, we can apply specific methods for solving certain problems.

Let's get acquainted with a detailed description of all the points we need to work. One of them you already know is the karate point. In our method, its main purpose is to maintain the right level of energy and positive self-esteem. For the basic technique, knowledge of eight more points located on the face, head and upper body will be required. Here is their detailed description and serial numbers, which we will designate these points further for convenience.



1. Point at the inner edge of the eyebrow. Its Chinese name is quan-zhu, which can roughly be translated as "Thickets of bamboo." Even in ancient times, Chinese healers revealed the direct connection of this point with the activity of the brain. Moreover, they perceived the brain precisely as the receptacle of the vital spirit. That is why work with this point is especially effective for the treatment of ailments associated with a decline in vitality, lack of energy and a disorder of the vital spirit.

2. Point at the outer corner of the eye - Tong Tzu ("Pupil"). It is located at the outer corner of the eye at the level of the pupil. It is connected not only with the health of the eyes and head, but also with the ability to clearly see and understand the essence of what is happening to you, including being aware of your condition, and any healing begins with awareness.

3. Point under the eye - Sy-bai ("Four whites"), is located approximately one centimeter below the lower edge of the orbit, strictly under the pupil. This point is also called expanding and enlightening - it gives the energies necessary not only to expand the field of view, but also for the ability to perceive reality in its true light. It is necessary to tap this point carefully, gently, avoiding strong blows.

4. Point above the upper lip, closer to the nose, in the nasolabial fold - Shui-gou ("Water Channel"). This is a very important point, it allows you to awaken the vital forces, even if a person is in a critical condition, both physical and psychological, and even when the channels of the vital forces are completely clogged. The impact on it saves with fainting, dizziness, convulsions, motion sickness, removes from stupor and prostration, and sometimes even helps with coma. Working with this point is able to instantly remove blockages of energy.

5. Point in the center of the chin - Cheng-jiang ("Liquid intake"). This point brings the vital forces into balance, saves both from their insufficient activity and from their excessive activity. 8. Point at the crown - Bai Hui (One Hundred Crossings). It is located in the center of the crown, seven cun above the back of the hair and five cun above the front of the hair. Additional hand preparation: opening energy channels on the fingers

So, we have listed all the points we need to apply the basic method.

Important: we will tap the points in exactly the order in which they are listed. This is necessary to get the best result.

To perform the basic tapping method to improve overall well-being and rejuvenation, we also need additional preparation of the hands, namely, the opening of energy channels on the fingers.

In the corners of the nails there are biologically active points that belong to the energy channels of our body. For the practice to be effective, the points must be open to receiving and transmitting energy. This will help create a real flow of energy in the body. By the way, the exercise of opening channels has independent significance. It can be done in the morning and also in the evening before bed.

To open channels, perform the following sequence of actions.

1. Bend your elbows so that your hands are in front of your chest.

2. With the pads of the thumb and middle fingers of the right hand, grab the side surfaces of the thumb at its base and pull along these surfaces, as if you want to extend the finger. Repeat one more time.



Then alternately stretch each finger of the left hand along the side surfaces in the same way. Then change hands and repeat with each finger of the right hand, grabbing their lateral surfaces alternately with the thumb and middle fingers of the left hand.

3. Massage with the pad of your thumb alternately the pads of each finger of the opposite hand - first one, then the other. To do this, grab the upper phalanx of the massaged finger with the pads of the thumb and forefinger of the opposite hand (index - from the side of the nail, large - from the side of the pad).



Your hands are ready to receive and transmit energy!

Basic tapping method. Revive vitality and fill with energy

In order for the method to work more effectively, it is necessary, as in the preliminary stage, to combine tapping with psychological work, namely, with statements that will tune you in a positive way, and therefore give a burst of energy.

Note: some points are paired, all of them, except for point 7, are tapped with both hands at the same time. Point 7 is tapped alternately on each side of the body with the opposite hand.

Recall: the points are tapped with the pads of the index and middle fingers folded together and slightly bent at a speed of about four beats per second. Tap each point for as long as it takes to slowly pronounce the corresponding statement three times, but longer is possible. Watch your feelings - tap as long as you want to continue. Each next point must be passed without interruption.

Here is a diagram of the whole work.

Tap two points 1 at the same time, gradually increasing the force of the blows so that it is about the same as when typing on a computer keyboard, while saying out loud, in a whisper or to yourself the statement: "I am filled with vitality."

Tap both points at the same time with 2 strong enough blows, uttering the statement: "I clearly see and realize everything that happens."

Tap both points 3 at the same time, making soft, light strokes, with the following statement: "I happily and gratefully accept myself and my life as it is."

Tap point 4 with sufficiently strong strokes of the fingers of either hand with the affirmation: "I release blockages of energy and allow my life force to flow freely."

Tap point 5 with sufficiently strong strokes of the fingers of any hand with the words: "I bring my energy into balance and come to the harmony of the vital spirit."

Tap both points at the same time 6. It is most convenient to do this with your arms crossed over your chest, that is, each point is tapped with the opposite hand. The blows should be moderately strong. At the same time, the statement is pronounced: “I gain emotional and spiritual freedom, I gain the fullness and richness of life energy.”

Tap points 7 alternately, it is best to do this with the opposite hand. Start with any of these points, left or right, it doesn't matter. The blows must be strong enough. Simultaneously say the affirmation: "Power fills me, my body, my mind and my spirit gain power and energy to heal."

Tap point 8 with very light, soft strokes with the affirmation, “I am recovering. I am healing. I find a new life full of joy, success and prosperity.

You can choose your own statements, similar in meaning. The main thing is that they sound organic and convincing to you.

If you want to always be in the best shape, it is advisable to do this tapping every day. But from the very first day, be very attentive to yourself and your feelings. Tapping is absolutely safe and can significantly improve your well-being and mood. But since it is associated with the activation of energy, you may begin to notice areas of energy blockage in your body that were previously invisible. In general, this is a positive process, because if such blocks appear, then they are ready to be worked out. But at first, not very pleasant sensations of tension, and maybe soreness in some areas of the body, may be associated with this. If this happens, there is no need to be afraid, these phenomena will pass as you work further. But in order to alleviate your condition (as well as for prevention), it is very useful to conduct a special cycle of massage movements daily, designed to eliminate energy stagnation. It is useful for self-healing, and to increase vitality, and to improve mood.

"Acceleration of energy": daily massage of stagnant zones

1. Start the massage by tapping the head - perform a “finger rain”, tapping the entire scalp with small, fractional movements in the direction from the forehead to the back of the head.

2. Then massage the same area with light ruffling pinching movements, slightly grabbing the scalp and, if possible, pulling it back a little.

3. Perform a hand massage: stretch one hand forward and with all the fingers of the other hand, spank it vigorously from the palm to the shoulder - first the outer surface, then the inner. Don't be afraid to spank hard, even to the point of redness! Then do the same with the other hand.

4. Now you need to tap the side surfaces of the body from the armpits to the waist. We do this with the pads of the index and middle fingers folded together (as in the basic tapping method). Tap each side surface from top to bottom for two minutes.

5. Then alternately knead each armpit with the palm of the opposite hand, in a circular motion.

6. Warm up the shoulder joints by grabbing the shoulder with the palm of the opposite hand and making circular movements.

7. Reach your hands behind your neck and use the fingers of both hands to vigorously knead the base of your neck on either side of your spine.

8. Then, with gripping pinching movements of both hands, vigorously knead the collar area and upper back as far as you can reach. This is the area where energy stagnations most often occur, and they need to be dispersed “manually”, because otherwise this area is very difficult to relax.

Ancient Oriental Practices to Help Modern Man

Notice that the more stress and negative emotions in your life, the more your body is clamped and tense. The body becomes "hard", and the most interesting thing is that this affects both the character and behavior of a person. Maybe you met tough people and they seemed strong to you? But it is possible that these are just highly stressed people. They carry in themselves psychological traumas that have not been experienced and worked out, because of which they seem to be clad in armor. If you feel that there is a certain rigidity in you, if your body is tense and it is difficult for you to relax, if you easily succumb to negative emotions, start using methods and techniques to help relax your muscles, release tension and, as a result, become more free and in physical and psychological sense.

These are methods based on ancient Eastern practices. They are time-tested, and their value lies in the fact that they bring soul and body, mind and psyche to harmony. And, of course, they clean energy channels, open active points, eliminate energy stagnation and fill you with strength very quickly. You can practice them daily, and the results will be noticeable very soon: your condition will begin to improve day by day, your mood will improve, nervousness and irritability will pass, it will be easier for you to live, work, and communicate with people.

Exercise "Big Tree"

In China, they say that the Big Tree forms the Big Man. Formation occurs due to the energy of the sky (in which the crown of the tree) and the earth (where its roots are). Exercise is best done in the morning. In the evening after the Big Tree, there is an overabundance of energy, which makes it difficult to sleep.


Stage 1. Opening energy channels

Before practicing the Big Tree, open the energy channels on the fingers and toes by tapping:

standing, pat both palms alternately on the inside and outside, then sit on the floor with your legs extended forward, and pat your right and left feet inside and out with your palms.


Stage 2. Practicing the "Big Tree"

1. Starting position: standing, feet shoulder-width apart, feet parallel to each other, knees slightly bent. We keep our back straight, the pelvis moves forward a little. Imagine that you have a third point of support - a massive kangaroo tail. The neck should be elongated and straight, for this the chin should be slightly lowered, and the head should be “suspended” by the top of the head. Relax the body, the tongue touches the upper palate, the eyes are closed.

2. Imagine that your feet grow deep into the earth, become the roots of a large tree. Roots absorb moisture, nutrients, and energy from the earth.

3. Then imagine your torso growing high into the sky, reaching into the clouds, growing through the clouds into the sunlight. There, the body freely receives the energy of the sky, the cosmos, and itself becomes huge, like the cosmos.

4. Raise your hands to the level of the navel. Move your elbows away from your body. Imagine that you are pressing a rubber ball towards you with your elbows. The palms are rounded, as if they really hold this ball. Try to feel this ball between the navel and the palms.

5. Now imagine that the ball between the navel and the palms begins to grow and grows so large that you find yourself inside the ball. You are as big as space, but the ball is even bigger. It is filled with live energies, vibrates and even sounds like music. You can feel this energy.

6. Then imagine that the ball begins to shrink and the energy inside it thickens. The shell of the ball is already passing through your body, and soon it will again be between the navel and the palms.

7. Imagine that the ball grows and decreases three times, you find yourself inside the ball three times, then again hold it between your palms and the navel.

8. Finishing the exercise, place your palms one on top of the other on the navel (for women, the left palm is on top, for men, the right). Imagine that you are slowly squeezing the ball and placing it under your palms. There it still decreases and turns into a point. Feel its hot pulsation under your palms. Then open your eyes.

Stage 3. Exit the exercise by patting

1. Pat the outer and inner surface of the palm of your hand with a massaging hand until you feel heat. Change hands. Intense patting helps to balance the energy of heaven and earth. If the temperature of the palms is different after the Big Tree, it means that the balance of energies has not yet been achieved.

2. Apply gentle slaps on the face (from the chin to the hair). Then from the center of the forehead to its side surfaces. Then pat your cheeks down from your temples to your chin. Pat your ears. When patting the face after the Big Tree, the skin is massaged with an energy field. With regular patting, the skin acquires a healthy look. Patting the ears affects all systems, since there are projections of the internal organs on the auricle (active points associated with the organs of the body).

3. Relax your palms. With gentle light movements, pat your head from the back of your head to your forehead. Patting promotes the opening of biologically active points on the head, normalizes the energy of the brain.

4. Perform several movements with soft, rounded fingers, combing your hair like a comb, from the forehead to the back of the head, and from the temples to the back of the head.

5. Knead the ears with your fingers and rub them until you feel “burning ears”. If, when rubbing your ears, you find pain points, intensify rubbing on them: additional energy concentrated in the palms will be directed to the corresponding organs in which there are any pathologies or functional disorders.

6. With a soft palm, clap on the arm from the shoulder to the wrist, on the outside and inside of the arm. Clap both hands alternately.

7. With both hands, pat the torso from the neck to the pubis, then pat the entire lumbar region.

8. Clap your legs from hip to ankle on all sides.

9. Now pat your back from the bottom up along the spine. With regular intensive patting, the body begins to react to blows not as harshly as before, but takes them gently and painlessly.

10. Rub your palms and warm the kidney area with them.

During the exercise, a lot of saliva is formed in the mouth. The more practice, the more amazing the taste of this saliva: it becomes sweet with a flowery aftertaste. When you swallow it, it has a healing effect on the stomach lining.

Reactions of the body and mind that accompany the exercise

The passage of energy through the body causes different sensations and emotions, which are compared with the influence of the elements, colors, etc. We will consider typical reactions of the physical body and consciousness.

Standard reactions inherent in all practitioners.

1. If the energies in the body are not balanced, there is an alternate sensation cold or heat Almost everyone has this reaction. Some people experience constant chills during the first weeks of practice. No need to warm yourself from the outside with a hot shower or drink! It is necessary to intensify the practice of the Big Tree. The body does not oppose the practice, on the contrary, it itself continues to change after the end of classes. Endure the state, do not change it artificially, if you are sure that the chill is caused precisely by the “Big Tree”, and not by hypothermia in your free time.

2. There may be a feeling different temperatures left and right palms. This is a normal reaction. Martial arts masters cultivated such a property in the body to a grandiose temperature difference in order to strike the enemy either with cold or with heat.

Description of tapping technique.

The technique has two main features:

Tapping is most conveniently carried out with two fingers of any hand - as you like. You can even tap with both hands at the same time.

You should tap the dots in a circle, at the same time pronouncing aloud certain phrases and sentences. You can see the points that should be tapped in the image.

Tapping begins from a point at the beginning of the eyebrow, then the corner of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, in the center of the chin, a point on the collarbone (2-3 cm from the center to the right or left - it doesn’t matter), a point under the arm (4 fingers down from the armpit) and we finish the circle with a point on the top of the head, where the crown is in children.

The tapping process also includes a point located on the edge of the palm (the so-called karate point). How many times you hit the dot - it doesn't matter, do it a few times. Tapping itself is similar to how we vigorously type on the keyboard or lightly drum on the table.

Tapping scheme, mandatory steps

1. The very first, very important step is to clearly define the problem. The more clearly and specifically you define the problem, the better. The second step is to rate on a scale of 1 to 10 the intensity of the unpleasant emotion when you think about the problem. It is important for us to know where we are, where we start.

2. The second stage is called the "main statement". At this stage, while tapping on the karate point on the edge of the palm, you say the problem out loud several times in this format:

“Despite the fact that I have this problem (I am afraid of an interview, I am offended by my mother, I blame myself for overeating, I am afraid of spiders, I am sure that money is evil ... and so on), I deeply and completely love and accept myself ".

Perhaps this phrase will seem strange and inappropriate to you, perhaps you do not agree with this statement ... But it is important for you to say this even if it is not true. This statement does not mean that the problem does not exist. This means that the problem exists, but you still love and accept yourself.

Accept and love not the problem, but yourself, as you really are, with all your features. Even if you feel that it is not true yet, saying the phrase “despite the fact that I have this problem, I deeply and completely love and accept myself, everything, with all my features” works wonders.

This is an incredibly important step. People tend not to allow themselves to experience negative emotions, they suppress them inside and do not admit them to themselves. And if they confess, then after this they begin self-flagellation, self-accusation, they do not love themselves and do not accept.

With this statement, you share the negative emotion and self-love. Cutlets in one direction, flies in the other. You allow yourself to feel whatever you feel, even if it's negative heavy feelings. And yet you accept the fact that everything is fine with you, you deserve love and acceptance in any case.

3. The third stage. Now you start tapping in a circle and at the same time say phrases that remind you of the problem itself, of the negative situation that describes it. At this stage, it is very important to call a spade a spade, turn off any censorship, and simply, clearly and out loud speak about how you feel. And it is very good if negative feelings intensify.

We do this specifically in order to free ourselves, to let go of the negative. After all, if you have this feeling, this emotion, then because you don’t say it out loud, it doesn’t disappear anywhere, it remains a block in the body. Therefore, at this stage, it is important for you to simply acknowledge out loud what you feel: “Yes, I am angry, yes, I am afraid, I am scared, yes, I am offended.”

There are people who are afraid to say out loud what they feel. There are two such aspects to this: the first is that these people are simply deceiving themselves. They do not want to admit to themselves that they feel all these negative feelings. Because they subconsciously believe that only a “bad” person, unworthy of love, can feel negative feelings. And they are, as it were, "good." They think that if they don't talk about a feeling or emotion out loud, then it doesn't exist. This is self-deception.

The second aspect is that we are all very well-read and we know that we need to think positively, that words and thoughts have power. And we are afraid to attract even more negativity into our lives, allegedly because we will pronounce these feelings out loud.

But the truth is that in this case, the very pronunciation of feelings does not produce even more negativity. This negativity already exists inside a person, even if a person is stubbornly silent and does not admit it to himself. These feelings, emotions, limiting beliefs already exist in a person and subconsciously control his life, health, and behavior. And, unfortunately, they also affect the people around them. And now it is very important for us to pull all this out of ourselves, pull it out of the subconscious, because we can heal and free ourselves only from what we see and recognize.

Many people who say only positive things are actually often just denying and not acknowledging their other side, pretending that it does not exist. Of course, from non-recognition, it does not disappear anywhere. Instead of shutting yourself off from the negativity in yourself, I offer to recognize it and get rid of it. The fact is that it is normal to experience a wide range of feelings - from positive to negative.

It is normal and natural to be angry, angry, offended, annoyed, ashamed, afraid. Any negative emotion is born in a person in order for him to change the situation. To change the situation, negative emotion, first of all, must be noticed, heard. Feelings and emotions become destructive only when they are not expressed. When we see them, recognize them, we can free ourselves from them and be healed.

For the first simple test, I suggest you tapping the emotions and feelings associated with the stress that many people experience at work - in communication with management, customers, suppliers, employees.
