Hormonal Tibetan gymnastics for women. What gives Tibetan hormonal gymnastics? Tibetan health gymnastics - pressure on the ears, "facelift"

Tibetan hormonal gymnastics has recently been gaining popularity, and this is not surprising, since more and more young people are now complaining about health problems.

The gymnastics of Tibetan monks can serve as an excellent preventive method for preventing endocrine diseases. Its essence will be described below. Our compatriots also mastered the complex, Olga Orlova's Tibetan hormonal gymnastics is carried out at a high level.

A little background

Tibetan gymnastics for healing and longevity came to us from a remote monastery where this method was practiced. It is believed that such gymnastics can maintain the normal endocrine system, which is aimed at producing hormones. At the same time, the endocrine glands will remain young for a long time, and correspond to the age of 20-25 years.

According to legend, back in the days of the Soviet Union, our workers built a power plant in the mountains of Tibet. There was also a small monastery where local monks lived. The workers, taking pity on them, installed an electric branch. The monks said that they had nothing to pay for this, but they have another way to thank: they will give the workers a long, active and happy life. And to achieve this, you need to do gymnastics. After a certain time, the people who began to perform these exercises told the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper about the Tibetan method, at that time they were all 80 years old, and they all felt great.

The basis of gymnastics is the activation of points that are responsible for the energy of the body. It is advisable to do the exercise daily in the morning, so you will feel alert, active, and the body will quickly restore its strength.

Why Use Exercise

Exercises will help to remove the following phenomena:

  • Frequent fatigue.
  • Bad memory, forgetfulness.
  • Hearing and vision problems.
  • Nervous strain.
  • Muscle tension.
  • Problems with the digestive tract.
  • Stagnant processes in the lymph nodes.
  • Curvature of posture.

What are the contraindications?

Contraindications include the following:

  • Heart disorders.
  • Parkinson's disease.
  • Peptic ulcer of the stomach or intestines.
  • Hernias, including chiotal.
  • Operations rescheduled recently.
  • Increased blood pressure.
  • Arthritis in the acute stage.
  • Pathology of the spinal column.

In the presence of any chronic ailment, a doctor's consultation is necessary before performing all exercises.

How to do the exercises?

First exercise. Rubbing the palms. While still in bed in the morning, start rubbing your palms until they become more than warm. Thus, you can determine your biofield at the moment. If the palms become hot, and the skin is dry, your biofield is normal. With warm hands, we can talk about reduced energy. If at the time of this exercise the palms remain wet, you have serious disorders in the body. In any case, the hormonal gymnastics of Tibetan monks (subject to its long-term performance) should normalize your condition.

Second exercise. It can improve human vision. Cover your eyes with your palms and apply some pressure on the eyeball. Each pressure is determined by 1 second, there should be 30 such pressures in 30 seconds. At the same time, count all movements. If you have vision problems, you should leave your palms in front of your eyes for another 1-2 minutes. Tibetan monks claim that this exercise can improve eyesight, and gray hair will gradually acquire color.

Third exercise. Then the palms are transferred to the ears, and pressing movements are also performed. You again count the pressures in 30 seconds, they should be 30. After the start of Tibetan gymnastics in the first 2 weeks, you may feel an exacerbation of chronic diseases. And first of all, these exacerbations can be associated with the ears. Do not worry, continue to do the exercises, only the pressure in this case is carried out softer. After a certain time, you will feel an improvement in hearing, and chronic inflammation of the ears will pass.

Fourth exercise. It is aimed at the natural lifting of the facial part. Clench your palms into a fist and stick out your thumb, put your bent fingers on your cheeks so that the thumb is pointing to your ear. And start pulling movements from the bottom of the jaw to the ears. The movements are carried out gently, but the pressure is moderate. At the same time, the thumbs of the hands constantly return to their original position behind the ears. In this case, each movement is repeated 1 time per second, so 30 movements are performed in 30 seconds.

Performing such hormonal gymnastics, you can feel how blood rushes to your face. And perhaps there will be drops of sweat on the forehead. These hot streams begin the process of nourishing and healing the skin. The oval of the face stops sagging, but if you are still young, then the muscles in this area will strengthen, which will prevent premature aging in the future.

Fifth exercise. Put your palms on your forehead, one should lie on the other. Spend in this way from one temple to another. Each time you count, you must complete 30 such movements in 30 seconds. This exercise not only smoothes wrinkles on the forehead, but also leads to the activity of the pituitary gland, and also improves the functioning of the sinuses.

Sixth exercise. Put your right hand in place a little above the crown of the head, the left palm is placed on top of it. Move your hands in this position from the crown to the forehead and back, a total of 30 movements.

Seventh exercise. The hand is in the same place as in the sixth exercise, that is, above the crown of the head. The other hand is placed on top of the right hand. Move your palms from one ear to the other. Again, there should be 30 such cycles in 30 seconds.

6 and 7 gymnastic actions normalize the pressure, the muscles of the arms and back become stronger.

Eighth exercise. In the region of the thyroid gland, the right palm is applied, the left is located on top. Then the left hand in the air makes a movement down to the stomach, and then back to the right hand. This is one cycle that needs to be done 30 times in 30 seconds. At the end of the gymnastic action, both hands are on the thyroid gland, which follow with a sliding movement to the stomach.

Ninth exercise. Hand on hand, located on the stomach, make movements in a circle. This exercise has an impact on normal digestion.

Tenth exercise. Lie on your back and raise your arms and legs up. Make circular motions with your hands and feet, then shake them. On average, 30 such actions should be done, and more can be done. This exercise promotes normal blood circulation.

In the 80s, a group of Soviet specialists installed a power plant in the Tibetan mountains. There they met monks from the local monastery. The head of the brigade extended the power line for them for a day. The monks had nothing to repay this generous gift and they thanked the workers by sharing with them the secrets of gymnastics for longevity.

20 years later, one of the engineers of that brigade told this story in Komsomolskaya Pravda. At the age of 80, he felt great thanks to practical training in the Tibetan methodology.

To be honest, I did not find this issue of Komsomolskaya Pravda on the Internet. I learned this story from the video of Olga Orlova, thanks to her for making this technique accessible to everyone.

A complex of hormonal gymnastics lying in bed

Exercises of this gymnastics are done lying in bed after waking up. Best before 6 am. No special skills are required for this, everything is very simple and does not take much time, 5-10 minutes a day is enough. The main thing is to observe the stages of actions, the exercises are done in a complex, and not separately.

Exercise #1

Lying on your back, raise your hands up and join your palms together, then make 10-20 short rubbing movements (palms up and down). With the help of this ingenuous action, the general state of the biofield is diagnosed. If the palms are dry and hot, then everything is fine with the energy of your body, if they are slightly warmed up, then there are some malfunctions, and if they are cold or moist, then this indicates problems with the vegetative-vascular system and a low level of energy. Regardless of the result, we move on to the next exercise.

Exercise #2

We apply the heated pads of the palms to the closed eyes and make light pressure movements. 30 movements of 1 second are enough. It is best to count to yourself. If you have poor eyesight, then leave after the thirtieth pressing of the palm of your hand in front of your eyes for 1-2 minutes. This will warm the eyes, nourish them with energy and help restore vision.

Exercise #3

Repeat the first exercise and put your palms on your ears and do the same rhythmic pressure actions as in the previous lesson. We count 30 movements in 1 second.

Exercise number 4

We put our fingers together in a gesture denoting "class!" (4 fingers in a relaxed fist, thumbs pointing up). We apply the fists to the lower part of the face so that the thumbs are behind the ears. We begin to make movements with our hands up and down, from the ears to the chin and in the opposite direction. It turns out a kind of facelift. Run 30 times.

Exercise number 5

We put the right palm to the forehead, and press it with the left palm. We make movements of hands from one temple to another and vice versa. Within 30 seconds we do 30 movements.

Exercise number 6

This exercise is also done lying down, but the pillow must be placed so that the head is slightly overhang. We put the left palm on the right and raise it above the head at a distance of about 5 cm. We make 30 movements from the top of the head to the forehead and in the opposite direction.

Exercise number 7

Hands are in exactly the same position as in the previous exercise. But this time we move our hands along the path - from the left ear to the right and back. We do 30 times.

Exercise number 8

We put our right hand on the thyroid gland, and with the left hand we describe an arc from the thyroid gland to the navel and in the opposite direction. For the 30th time, we put the left hand to the right and lower it onto the stomach.

Exercise number 9

In the position in which we completed the previous action, we begin to stroke the stomach in a clockwise direction. Only 30 turns.

Exercise number 10

We raise our arms and legs to a vertical position and make circular movements with our hands and feet. Several times in one direction and several times in the opposite direction. Then we begin to shake the hands and feet. This lesson can be divided into 2, separately for the arms and separately for the legs, or can be performed together.

Exercise number 11

We sit down and rub our legs. First, the feet, then we rise higher and massage the kneecaps, then the hips.

Pleasant results from the technique can be felt after the first session. The brain wakes up faster from sleep, the body is filled with a charge of vivacity and strength. There is a warm-up of the joints, the blood begins to circulate better. But to improve the body and for more noticeable effects, you need to practice daily for several months.

Here is a list of the positive results that this gymnastics contributes to:

  • improved vision and hearing
  • normalization of blood pressure
  • body rejuvenation
  • improvement of the gastrointestinal tract
  • increased immunity

From the reviews of people who have been practicing this technique for a long time, we can conclude that with the help of it you can get rid of chronic diseases and even tumors. It seems fantastic that such simple actions can bring such results. Although all this has a completely understandable justification, because during the performance of these exercises the points responsible for various organs are massaged, internal energy flows are activated and the chakras open.

Contraindications of Tibetan gymnastics

There are no strict contraindications for performing Tibetan hormonal gymnastics. But it is better to refrain from it after operations and during pregnancy. If you are in doubt about whether you can perform these exercises, then consult your doctor.

It should also be borne in mind that if you have chronic diseases, then during the course of hormonal gymnastics, the symptoms may intensify. These side effects are due to the fact that the disease is, as it were, drawn out of the body. In her video, Olga Orlova says that after 2 weeks of daily practice, her ear pain intensified, but she continued the practice and soon got rid of chronic inflammation.

Tibetan hormonal gymnastics, reviews and results

There are not many reviews on the Internet regarding this gymnastics and some of them are contradictory. You can find both positive and negative. Believe them or not, it's up to each individual.

Here are some of the positive reviews I found:

The complex consists of 11 exercises for 30 seconds, so it turns out that 5 and a half minutes are enough to complete it. I think that such a simple and fast technique deserves attention. If you have not tried it yet, then try it, and if you already practice it, then share your impressions in the comments to the article.

Video master class in hormonal gymnastics

Video by Olga Orlova with a detailed explanation of gymnastics

Sincerely, Ruslan Tsvirkun.

Dear readers, probably, many of you will agree that medicine is increasingly using folk methods that have passed the test of time. In fact, they are the most traditional: massage, herbal medicine, self-hypnosis, etc.

Modern medicine no longer disputes them, it is gradually introducing them into its practice. A number of medical institutions have paid attention to this phenomenon - Tibetan hormonal gymnastics. What is this technique, where did it come from? What are its advantages, and maybe there are negative aspects of its use? Today I want to draw your attention to how with the help of Tibetan gymnastics, doing just no more than 10 minutes a day, you can significantly improve your health.

Tibetan gymnastics - where did it come from, why hormonal?

In Soviet times, our specialists were in demand in the countries, as they called it then, of the "third world", that is, those that did not belong to either the capitalist or the socialist camp. The USSR often provided various assistance to these countries. Here in Tibet in the 80s, our engineers and workers were engaged in the installation of a power plant.

We decided to help the monks of a remote mountain monastery by extending a “branch” of the power grid to them. Here the monks, for lack of funds, paid our professionals with their secret knowledge. So Tibetan hormonal gymnastics for healing and longevity was brought to our country.

So says the legend. Allegedly later, after 20 years, one of the members of that expedition told this fascinating story, and told about the basics of a set of exercises for the popular newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda. And, besides, he demonstrated in what excellent shape he himself is, thanks to the use of this gymnastics. How true the legend is, we will not judge. So far, the same issue with the revelations of the builders of power plants has not been found in the KP archives.

Why hormonal? Because, massaging, rubbing, launching biologically active points, we simultaneously “add adrenaline” to the entire hormonal system of the body. And it already, in a chain, with the help of endocrine glands, adds tone to other organs and systems, saturating the body with energy and rejuvenating the body. That is, it is both hormonal and harmonizing at the same time.

Our contemporaries most often make this discovery, according to tradition, from the Web, where it is known as the Tibetan hormonal gymnastics of Olga Orlova, the video in various versions has long been replicated and very popular. Orlova is a well-known folk healer, and she became the popularizer of this health complex. I suggest you watch the video. Very interesting Olga Orlova talks about the gymnastics itself, and then we will be able to see all the exercises from the Tibetan hormonal gymnastics.

Shown to: tasks and features

Watch how Tibetan gymnastics is performed in bed: the video demonstrates that even a person who has not really woken up is able to overcome simple initial movements that gradually bring you to a working state. But keep in mind: the bed should not be soft!

Often, "recruits", who have never done even a minimum of morning exercises before, notice some discomfort after the start of classes. This is a manifestation of the body's natural activation process. He begins to free himself from the layers of negative energy, from elemental toxins that have been quietly stored in our organs, for the time being without making themselves felt.

They would definitely backfire later on with new diseases, and Tibetan hormonal gymnastics for healing and longevity helps to expel these “slags”. And some discomfort at first is quite understandable, the body needs to get used to a new state, to new loads, albeit affordable ones.

It is very important not to interrupt classes, to accumulate a positive result gradually, but steadily. When we take breaks, we “blur” achievements. It is believed that the maximum break is possible only for two days, then the effect is lost and everything will have to start from scratch.

I will talk about contraindications below. Here I note that this is a health complex, and it has a positive effect on almost all body systems. Gives strength and energy, stops chronic diseases, strengthens the immune system, rejuvenates tissues. What exactly each exercise is good for, what tasks it performs, I will tell you when describing the individual parts of the complex.

A set of hormonal gymnastics exercises

What else is good about Tibetan hormonal gymnastics is its absolute accessibility. To perform it, you do not need to rush to a remote gym, you do not need to use any sports equipment and other devices. The only "tool" is our body.

The tasks to be completed are not difficult at all. These are 11 or 10 exercises (in different versions of the complex). Each movement must be performed 30 times, which takes about 30 seconds. That is, all this "charging" will take 5-6 minutes. It is better if these classes are carried out in the morning, then the effect will be maximum. But individual exercises can be performed both in moments of rest at work and in the evening.

1. Rubbing hands

The state of the palms is an indicator of the activity of our biofield, and therefore an indicator of general well-being. That is why Tibetan gymnastics for healing and longevity always begins with rubbing hands.

The easiest way to do this is to lie on your back. We fold our palms in front of the chest, fingers “look” at the chin. Rub your palms together 7-10 times and see what happens. You have a strong biofield, functioning without failures, if the palms are slightly warmed up, but remain dry. When they do not change temperatures, this is an indicator of energy depletion. If, in addition, the palms become wet, most often this indicates the presence of problems of the cardiovascular system.

In the latter case, that is, if you suspect heart disease, you should consult your doctor regarding stress. Or, at least, exclude exercise 9 (shaking) from the complex, and do the rest carefully, observing the changes in the state.

We continue rubbing the palms, we need about 20 more such movements, but it is already better to raise the limbs above the head. At the same time, we activate and warm up the shoulder girdle. We activate the processes of blood circulation.

2. Palming

The next step in Tibetan hormonal gymnastics, the video recommends palming, that is, palpation (pressure) of the eyes. Naturally, the eyes are closed, we massage carefully, through the eyelids.

We put just warmed palms on the eyes. We press in a certain rhythm: one movement per second. In total, 30 pressures on the area of \u200b\u200bthe eyeballs are required. After that, it is still worth holding your fingers in front of your eyes for about a minute and a half, let the energy from your fingertips nourish your eyes, increase blood circulation in small vessels, improving vision.

3. Ear massage

We turn to the massage of the auricles. There are many theories claiming that the ear is a projection of the entire human body. In shape, it resembles an embryo lying head down.

The earlobe "represents" the head of the embryo curled up. The researchers counted at least 170 active points on the surface of the ears, some specialists in acupressure call the number 200. It is very useful to know which organs correspond to certain points.

But when we massage the whole ear, we tone the whole body. This is what you need to pay attention to. When the exercise is performed in the morning, the movements should be done moving clockwise. But in the evening, before going to bed, we do not need to activate the organs, otherwise it will be very difficult to fall asleep. Then the same massage is performed with counterclockwise movements, they have a calming effect.

Watch this stage of Tibetan gymnastics for healing and longevity on the video, it will become clear how best to place your fingers. We press the palms to the ears, the fingers are on the back of the head. We do energetic pressure and the usual light massage of the auricles.

4. Facelift

Then we direct the thumbs to the ears, while the rest are loosely clenched into a fist. Something like this we show a gesture; "Excellent, class!" you can put your thumbs behind your ears. And start moving the fists down to the chin, and back to the ears.

It helps both “pointwise”, in improving hearing, and improves the contour of the face, pulling up the chin. With regular use, it may well help get rid of a pendulous second chin.

For those who want to learn more about the secrets of the oriental art of beauty and health, I advise you to seriously engage in rejuvenation, I advise you to refer to one of the blog posts.

5. Forehead massage

Now let's work on the frontal wrinkles, and at the same time clean the maxillary sinuses. In parallel, the following exercise will contribute to the activation of brain activity, improve mental abilities.

We put the right palm on the forehead, and the left palm on top of it. We perform sliding rubbing, moving from temple to temple. It also takes 30 seconds. For some, it is more convenient to do this exercise with a non-contact method: the palms are a couple of centimeters away from the forehead. It happens that there is discomfort from the position of the hands, then you can change it - let it be left below, and right on it. It depends on various reasons, including which limb you have "leading". Remember how in one song by Vysotsky, however, about the legs: “Who has a push - left, And I have a push - right!”

6. Crown massage

The parietal region is very important in terms of normalizing blood pressure. If it is properly acted upon, then low pressure rises, and high pressure decreases, that is, it returns to normal.

To perform these movements, you can sit down or remain lying down, but put a roller under your neck so that your head is slightly in weight. We throw our hands over our heads, again we put one on top of the other, usually the right one is at the bottom.

We leave our hands hanging a few centimeters above the crown of the head. 30 times we perform the movement from the forehead to the back of the head, the same number - from one ear to the other. So there is a non-contact massage of the entire parietal part of the head.

In addition to treating hypertension and hypotension, this Tibetan gymnastics exercise has a positive effect on the mobility of the shoulder joints and strengthens the muscles of the upper limbs.

7. Thyroid massage

For the next exercise, we put the hand (right) on the thyroid gland, and set the left one on top. We make movements from the thyroid gland to the navel with the left hand, also non-contact: 2-3 centimeters separate it from the body. The right hand remains on the thyroid gland, "warming up" it. Then we “shake” with folded hands one on one from one ear to the other, also affecting the thyroid gland. Result: strengthening of immunity and improvement of blood circulation.

8. Massage the abdomen

After the previous task is completed 30 times, we continue to move already in the abdomen. Simple circular strokes with the palms clockwise, hands, as before, one on top of the other.

We stroke the stomach 30 times, helping the activity of the intestines. Those who use the complex claim that Tibetan gymnastics for weight loss is also useful. In particular, this exercise, and due to the usual massage, and due to increased intestinal secretion, after which the extra "deposits" of toxins go away, constipation disappears.

9. Shaking

You can stay on the bed if the bed is hard enough, but it is better to shift to the floor. Raise both arms and legs at the same time. We make circular rotations of the hands in the wrists, and the legs in the ankle joints, alternately in one direction and the other, after which we shake the limbs.

If it is difficult to perform both arms and legs at the same time, you can do these rotations in turn. This improves blood circulation in the capillaries. The muscles of the whole body come in tone, it also helps to maintain the norm of weight or even reduce weight.

10. Rubbing the feet

The final exercise of Tibetan gymnastics is a foot massage. It may seem strange to someone, but the foot, like the ear, also contains a “coded map” of our body at active points. But, if you think about it, there is no paradox here.

Nature most often takes care of fallback options, provides for a “plan B”, because we live in difficult external conditions, anything can happen to one of the organs. That's when we will use other "cheat sheets". In the meantime, everything is normal, at least relatively, one definitely does not interfere with the other.

We do foot massage while sitting. We start with the feet, then we work on the legs, knees, hips.

Contraindications for the use of the complex

Like any other healing method, Tibetan hormonal gymnastics has contraindications. But not in the form we are accustomed to, “it’s impossible”, that is, these are not strict medical exemptions, but only recommendations to approach classes more carefully, choose a gentle load and consult a doctor on dosage.

Logic suggests when exercise should be abandoned altogether: after surgery and during the acute phase of serious illness, during pregnancy. Pathologies of the spine in an acute form can also be an undesirable background for these activities. It is advisable to give up the use of alcohol and tobacco for the period of classes.

Summing up: the benefits of hormonal gymnastics

What do we have "in the bottom line" with regular Tibetan gymnastics? In addition to improving the functionality of those parts of the body and organs that are massaged, there are also deeper consequences for organs, systems and the whole organism:

  • relieves physical and emotional stress;
  • increases vitality;
  • arterial pressure is normalized;
  • immunity increases;
  • there is an improvement in the activity of the gastrointestinal tract;
  • the respiratory system is cleansed;
  • toxins are removed from the body;
  • mental abilities and memory are improved;
  • the flexibility of the joints is restored, the posture is corrected;
  • the work of the heart and blood vessels is improving;
  • the body is rejuvenated.

That's all the most important thing that I would like to talk about this interesting phenomenon - Tibetan hormonal gymnastics. It remains to add that it is especially useful for people of creative pursuits. With its help, the work of the right and left hemispheres of the brain is balanced. As a result, a person develops more harmoniously, correctly perceives the world around him and himself in it. What I sincerely wish to all of you, dear readers!

And for the soul, we will listen today

Rejuvenating Tibetan hormonal gymnastics, descended to us from the Asian mountains, requires only five minutes a day to perform simple exercises. At one time, a description of this gymnastics was published in Komsomolskaya Pravda by a Soviet engineer who was engaged in the construction of a power plant in Tibet. The monks of one of the monasteries introduced him to this system in gratitude for the fact that he had brought electricity to their village. Today, the distribution of these exercises is facilitated by a video popular on the Internet from Olga Lvovna Orlova (Kalpashvini), in which she talks in detail about this gymnastics and clearly shows how to perform all the exercises.

The goal of Tibetan hormonal gymnastics

Tibetan hormonal gymnastics is promoted for healing and longevity: it is not for nothing that Tibetan monks are famous for their good health, eternal youth and long life. She is believed to:

  • supports the normal functioning of all body systems;
  • puts in order the hormonal background;
  • improves vision and hearing;
  • slows down the aging process in the body, rejuvenating it;
  • treats any diseases, including bronchial asthma;
  • increases the life expectancy of an ordinary person by 20–30 years;
  • strengthens blood vessels;
  • eliminates cellulite and "orange peel";
  • has a tightening effect, makes the contour of the face clear, even, beautiful, eliminates the second chin and jowls;
  • perfectly awakens, increases strength, tones, improves mood, gives inexhaustible energy and cheerfulness for the whole day.

In order for the hormonal gymnastics of Tibetan monks to have such a wonderful effect on the body, it is recommended to perform it according to certain rules.

Features of performing gymnastics from Tibetan monks

The basic principles of performing exercises in the video are described in detail by Orlova Olga Lvovna: hormonal gymnastics will be useful only if certain recommendations are followed. Stick to them - and the results will not be long in coming.

1. Gymnastics should be done daily.

2. Completion time - must be before six o'clock in the morning, after you have just woken up.

3. You can not combine gymnastics with the use of drugs, alcoholic beverages, tobacco.

4. Suitable for any age.

5. Gymnastics is performed lying on your back on a hard surface: it is possible on the floor, laying a carpet or a hard mattress on it.

6. Each exercise consists of 30 identical movements that must be performed methodically: 1 movement = 1 second. Thus, it takes only half a minute to complete each of them (with the exception of exercises 1 and 10 to 13).

7. In the very first days, unpleasant sensations and even pain syndromes may occur: according to O. L. Orlova, they should not frighten, since various chronic diseases leave the body in this way.

Tibetan morning hormonal gymnastics requires completion before 6 o'clock in the morning. To do this, you need to be able to determine the real solar time for the area in which you live. This can be done quickly and easily.

Tibetan hormonal gymnastics exercises

The healing and rejuvenating hormonal gymnastics of Olga Orlova involves the following exercises.

  • Exercise 1

Raise your arms above your chest, put your palms together. Make several (5-6) rubbing with pressing palms on each other. If the rubbing turned out dry and hot, the body is healthy. If at the same time you feel warm, but your palms are not rubbed to a hot state, the biofield is reduced. If there is no heat and humidity is felt, there are serious problems with the vessels.

  • Exercise 2

Put hot palms from rubbing on the eyeballs (while the eyes are closed), start methodical pressure on them (30 times). If you have vision problems, after doing the exercise, you can leave your palms in front of your eyes for a couple more minutes.

  • Exercise 3

Close your ears with your palms and make 30 light and methodical pressures.

  • Exercise 4

Put four fingers of both hands together and clench into fists. Leave the thumbs protruding to the side and press them behind the ears. Press the fists to the bottom of the cheeks and begin translational, pressing movements towards the chin, pressing the fists to the face. Then return along the same path.

  • Exercise 5

Place your right palm on your forehead, press it with your left hand on top. Move the palms from one temple to another, lightly touching the forehead.

  • Exercise 6

Place the right palm above the head (about five cm from the crown), press the left palm to it from above. Perform an arcuate movement of the hands from the back of the head to the forehead and vice versa: it turns out something in the form of an arch.

  • Exercise 7

Place the right palm above the head (about five cm from the crown), press the left hand to it from above. Perform an arcuate movement of the hands, similar to what was just done (exercise number 6), but only from one ear to the other and back.

  • Exercise 8

Place the right hand on the thyroid gland, press the left hand on top of it. Move your hands from the thyroid gland to the navel along the body. For the last, 30th time, press your hands to your body and lower them to your stomach.

  • Exercise 9

Put your right hand on your stomach, press your left hand on top of it. Make 30 circular movements on the abdomen in a clockwise direction.

  • Exercise 10

Raise your hands up. Perform five or six circular movements with brushes clockwise and the same number - against. Without lowering your hands, lightly shake your hands for five seconds.

  • Exercise 11

Raise your legs up. Perform ankle joints five or six circular movements clockwise and the same number - against. Without lowering your legs, lightly shake your ankle joints for five seconds.

  • Exercise 12

Sit on the floor, start rubbing the feet of both legs (you can alternately, you can together). If your feet are dry, it is recommended to pre-lubricate them with olive oil.

  • Exercise 13

Sit on the floor, lightly rub the legs from the bottom up from the outside. Gently massage your knees in a clockwise direction. Stroke from the outside to the inside of the thigh.

Tibetan hormonal gymnastics consists in performing these exercises: its description is detailed and clearly revealed in the video from Olga Lvovna Orlova (Kalpashvini). It will help you figure out obscure places and do everything right. Be sure to review it before doing gymnastics.

It is very convenient that oriental hormonal gymnastics is demonstrated not by coaches with a pumped up body, but by ordinary women. This gymnastics should be done at dawn (from 4 to 6 in the morning), daily. The implementation of such a rule is mandatory, since there are several reasons for it:

  • Daily activities become a habit and increase efficiency. Thanks to this, a person works for a result.
  • To overcome laziness and get out of bed every day at 4 in the morning to do exercises, this is the primary task that a person must set for himself if he wants to improve his health. Laziness prevents us from achieving our goals, so purposefulness should be among your character traits if you want to achieve a good result.
  • Stimulation of the correct order of awakening - it is with the sunrise that the process of wakefulness starts in the human body. The functional rhythms of the body are tuned for healing. Tibetan monks and Vedic sages performed gymnastics with the first rays of the sun.
